Outsourcing of services for running, maintenance and operation of installation: Air Conditioning Plants and DG set at 06 Bldg (LC-III) comrising of equipment and machinery as given below in single (01) shifts Each of 8 hours on all days including Saturdays / Sundays and holidays. The resources deployed to ensure uninterruted services shall be in accordance with the details given in PS and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Details of installations at 06 Building (LC-III) are as under :- (a) Water cooled reciprocating type water Chilled AC Plant 3x75 TR Capacity including (1x75 TR Capacity as stand by )or any AC Plant of any type , capacity and make. The plant comprises the following Equipments:- (i) Scroll type compressor 1x75 TR Capacity - 03 Nos (ii) Shell and tube type Chiller Unit - 03 Nos (iii) Shell and tube type Condenser unit - 03 Nos (iv) Cooling Tower natural draft type with CT fan motor of capacity 3 HP - 02 No (v) Mono block chiller pump with motor of capacity 10 HP - 03 Nos (vi) Condensing Water pump Set Mono Block of capacity 12.5HP - 03 Nos (vii) Air Handling Unit with 15 HP motor - 02 Nos (b) DG Sets of 250 KVA capacity -03 Nos. comprises of the following equipments :- (i) Diesel Engine Set, Make : KRILOSKAR CUMMINS, Alternator : KIRLOSKAR. (ii) Electric LT Panel board including all necessary cables, batteries etc.

Outsourcing of services for running, maintenance and operation of installation: Air Conditioning Plants at LC-I Block House in ITR Technical Area comrising of equipment and machinery as given below in two (02) shifts of 8 hours on all days Excluding Saturdays / Sundays and holidays. The resources deployed to ensure uninterruted services shall be in accordance with the details given in PS and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Details of installations at LC-I Block House are as under :- (a) AC plant of capacity 3X8.5 TR including (1X 8.5 TR as stand by) or equivalent plants of any type, make The plant comprises of the following equipments. (i) Scroll type compressor of capacity 8.5 TR of any make and model - 03 Nos (ii) complete Out door unit consisting of Condensing fan motor and cooling coils- 6 Nos (iii) Control Panel complete with all control switches air ducts, cables valves etc

Outsourcing of services for running, maintenance and operation of installation: Air Conditioning Plants at Communication Bldg inside ITR Technical Area comrising of equipment and machinery as given below in three (03) shifts Each of 8 hours on all days including Saturdays / Sundays and holidays. The resources deployed to ensure uninterruted services shall be in accordance with the details given in PS and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Details of installations at Communication Centre Building are as under :- (a) AC Plants 3 x 11 TR capacity including (1 x 10 TR Capacity as stand by) at Communication Building The plant comprises of the following equipments :- (i) Scroll type compressor of capacity 11 TR of any make and model - 03 Nos (ii) complete Out door unit consisting of Condensing fan motor and cooling coils- 3Nos (vi) Electric panel board including all necessary cables, valves, pipe line air duct etc.

Outsourcing of services for running, maintenance and operation of installation: Air Conditioning Plant at Telephone Exchange in ITR Tech area comrising of equipment and machinery as given below in three (03) shifts Each of 8 hours on all days including Saturdays / Sundays and holidays. The resources deployed to ensure uninterruted services shall be in accordance with the details given in PS and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Details of installations at Telephone Exchange are as under :- (a) AC Plants 2 x 8.75 TR capacity including (1 x 8.75 TR Capacity as stand by) at Telephone Exchange . The plant comprises of the following equipments :- (i) Scroll type compressor of capacity 8.75 TR of any make and model - 2 Nos (ii) complete Out door unit consisting of Condensing fan motor and cooling coils- 04Nos (vi) Electric panel board including all necessary cables, valves, pipe line air duct etc.

Outsourcing of services for running, maintenance and operation of installation: Air Conditioning Plants and DG sets at AC Magazine in ITR Technical Area comrising of equipment and machinery as given below in Three (03) shifts Each of 8 hours on all days including Saturdays / Sundays and holidays. The resources deployed to ensure uninterruted services shall be in accordance with the details given in PS and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Details of installations at AC Magazine are as under :- (a) Central type AC plant 3 x 30 TR capacity including (1x30 TR capacity as a standby) at AC Magzine Bldg. the plant comprises of following equipments :- (i) Electric Motor with compressor 30 TR capacity - 03 Nos (ii) Shell and tube type condenser -06 No. (iii) Cooling tower natural draft type CT afan 1 HP motor -01 No. (iv) Condensing water pump set Mono block centrifugal type capacity 5 HP - 02 Nos (v) Air handling unit with blower -01 Nos. (vi) Electric panel board including all necessary cables, valves, pipe line air duct etc. (vii) Chemical water softening unit.-01 No. (viii) Chiller unit -02 No. (b) 100 KVA DG sets,comprising of the following equipments. (i) Diesel Engine Make-Cummins (Engine) and Stamford(Alternator) (ii) Electric LT Panel board including all necessary cables, batteries etc.

Outsourcing of services for running, maintenance and operation of installation: Air Conditioning Plant at OP-4000 comrising of equipment and machinery as given below in Single (01) shifts Each of 8 hours on all days Excluding Saturdays / Sundays and holidays. The resources deployed to ensure uninterruted services shall be in accordance with the details given in PS and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Details of installations at OP-4000 are as under :- (a) AC plant 1 x 5.5TR capacity at OP-4000. The plant comprises of following equipments :- (i) Indoor unit of Plant consisting of scroll compressor of capacity 5.5 TR- 01 Nos of any make and model. (ii) Out door unit consisting of Condensing motor fan and Condensing unit of copper tubing -2 Nos , make : Blue star (iii) Control Panel complete with all control switches air ducts, cables valves etc (iv) Electric LT Panel board including all necessary cables, batteries etc.

NOTE- The rates quoted for operation and maintenance of installations will include the following :- (i) Providing optimum manpower. Minimum qualification of all the manpower employed will be ITI passed in respective field of work with minimum 3 years experience. The contractor will submit the details of manpower employed before commencement of work. (ii) Duty timings will be as follows. For round the clock duties: 1st shift - 06:00 - 14:00 Hrs, 2nd shift - 14:00 - 22:00 Hrs, 3rd shift - 22:00 Hrs - 06:00 Hrs. For General duty/one shift - 08:30 - 16:30 Hrs. Overtime duty will only be allowed during single shift / General duty after obtaining prior permission of Engr-in-charge against written certificate from users. Allowance of overtime hours will be calculated as per specified norms mentioned in particular specifications.Weekely off shall be given to each operator and a reliever should be provided during weekely off and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. (iii) Cleaning of all equipments (Electrical and mechanical) and installations from inside and outside. (iv) Daily Check of DG Set as per manufacturer manual before starting the machine and ensure routine mainteneance including checking of water in radiator and topping up, checking of tightness of bolts ,nuts etc of coupling and other accessories, checking of fuel pipe line if leakng ,checking of battery sets of its specific gravity and replacing distilled water as as when required and maintaining records of operation,maintenance and check etc. (v ) Daily consumables such as grease, gland rope, cotton waste etc shall be provided by contractor at installations and the unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. (vi) Area cleaning including cutting of grass, etc all around the installations as directed by Engr-in charge. (vii) Any abnormality observed to be immediately intimated to the maintenance team with intimation to the concerned MES Personnel / in charge.

(VI) Minimum required tools be always available with the operator (VII) Log sheets to be maintained regularly in binding book with respect to detailed parameters of power including details of FOL drawn consumed and balance all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (VIII) First aid box including medicines shall be kept in the installations (IX) DHPP will be issued under Sch 'B'.Free for filling. The contractor will collect Sch 'B' store from POL stores of MES office and deliver to site and no extra payment shall be made on this account . (X) The Contractor shall arrange the empty Barrel for collection of DHPP. XI) All the personnel employed for operation and maintenance should be in proper uniform and safety outfits as per relevant norms. They may also be required to be deployed in any other locations other than mentioned above as per the site requirements and exigencies. (XII) Attending telephone calls where telephone is available, logging the details of events and further taking necessary actions or communicating to concerned officials of MES and as directed by Engr-in-charge (XIII) Maintaining records of operations and repairs as directed by Engr-in-charge and submitting details monthly and when called for. (XIV) The rates are deemed to include minimum fair wages, EPF, ECIS etc to paid to the employed personnel as per the rules enforced by the Govt time to time and payment of all taxes as per govt rule.

(xv) Contractor shall also keep the sufficient stock of the following stores :- (a) All types of nuts, bolts, washers, screws and other fasteners. (b) All types of cable lugs thimbles, cable sockets ferrule, insulation tapes etc. (c) All kinds of working cable/wire for LT Panel wiring including lamps, insulation tape and non adhesive tape, fuse element etc. (d) Fabricating materials, cotton waste, brooms , torches, torch cells etc. (e) One set of tools and two sets of safety equipments and outfits as per the requirement of installation and works. (f) Any other spares, tools or works felt necessary for proper services as decided by Engr-in-charge and Garrison Engineer. (XVI) if any defect arises to any installation due to improper operation, negligence or poor maintenance, the contractor will be liable for making good of the defects. (XVII) Projected number of shifts in the BOQ is tentative. The exact no of shits would be according to the no of shifts as per item description in the BOQ in concurrence with the period of work as will be mentioned in the subsequently placed work order.
