Supplying and laying of Interlocking Paver Block Stone 83mm thick over a base layer of cs sand filling including cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Fabricating and supplying White Board (6'x4') including 8mm thick of particle board with MS Sheet and Aluminium frame. All nicely furnished and posished as per the department requirements.

Providing Office Table size of 48"x24" with frames 1"18 guage CRCA square tubes and the drawer and box 18 guage CRCA sheet. Top of 19mm hardwood ply with laminated top, corner rounded or SS corner clamp to be fixed ISI grade locks, SS handles necessary bushes to be fixed. The rate includes cost of all materials, fabrication, transports and other incidental charges, including providing in the position as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing and supply of "S" type steel chair 18"x18" made out of hardwood frame seat and back and arms with high quality Nylon wire netted and finished with melamine polish. The "S" frame is made of 114 guage 1" round CR pipe and then powder coated and fixed with PVC bush to the bottom etc.. The cost includes cost of materials cost of primer, enamel paint and labour charges for fabrication, cutting, bending, grinding, painting, power consumption of fabrication loading, uploading and conveyance and supplied at work site etc., complete.

Paving the Top of roof with SOLAR REFLECIVE CERAMIC TILES of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supply and fixing of SFRC Man Hole Cover (Heavy duty 900x900mm) for man hole chambers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of SFRC Man Hole Cover (Heavy duty 300x300mm) for man hole chambers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of Pump hydro multi S 3 x CR 15-05 Hydropneumatic system and 300 liters pressure tank for sump, complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of SS Door (1500 x 2400mm) for Operation Theatre with AI-Anodized (GI reinforced) wall frame, SS304 Door Leaf attached flushed view glass 300mm x 300mm, handle, lock, drop seal, door closure etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing "Ancient and modern Allopathy Reflections" in the first floor OP Entrance Wall. These all made up wall relief mural three layer of brick cladding using with cement and ceramic base with suitable metallic or mono art colours finishes. The rate including cost of all material and labour scoffolding etc..

Supply and fixing of Acqoustical Wall Panelling including (0.6x0.6m) gypsum full tone accoustic sheet 25mm glass wood gyprock channel and 12mm Plywood etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Fixed Partition - Specification for 2.5mm lead free UV coated shell white UPVC, 5mm plain glass for middle area and 8mm particle board for top and bottom with 60"x58" outer frame and 72" x 60" mullion frame to be fixed with screw connectors and metal clamps etc.. The cost included cost of labour charges for facrication, cutting, necessary furnitures fitting, power consumption etc., complete.

Supply and laying of PVC covering sheet for toilet flush doors etc., compete.

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals.Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside.Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250gms per sq.m. area thickness of 2.5mm in inclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes all complete as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
