SITC/ITC of the Central Control Stations consisting of the following:

Installation , testing and Commissiong of already supplied Operator Workstation Intel i7+Processor(Latest Tecnology) with 1 TB HDD, 8 GB RAM, Enhanced graphic Card, DVD Combo Drive, Ethernet Port. With Windows 10 License or latest version shootable for BAS software with Anti virus As per Specification.

Supplying, Installing, Testing & Commissioning of 32" color monitor flat screen LED display as per specifications.

Supplying, Installing, Testing & Commissioning of Laser Jet Colour Printer (A3 size) as per Specification

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning (SITC) of the following Software for BAS : Note. Softwares should be compatiable for integration of Siemens make DDC Controller & Sensor already provided at site.

SITC of the Software for Building Automation System as per Specifications. Software shall have the capacity to accommodate minimum 1000 hardware points & 1000 software points or more. (Software must be open protocol having BACnet, MODbus, LON works protocol and Cyber security features)

SITC of software interface with 70 nos. Load Managers/KWH meter for two way flow of data between central control station and static power meters.The price all include the necessary integrator required for integration.

SITC of software interface with single loop 1 lot Fire Alarm Panel for two way flow of data between central control station and Fire Alarm panels.The price shall include the necessary integrator required for integration.

SITC of Software interface for 3 nos. DG via communication bus. The price shall include the necessary integrator required for integration.

SITC of Software interface for CHILLER PLANT MANAGER (1no.) via communication bus.The price shall include the necessary integrator required for integration. (3# CHILLERS)

SITC of software interface with 12 nos.VFD for two way flow of data between central control station and VFD Panels.The price shall include the necessary integrator required for integration.

SITC of software interface with 8 no. UPS for two way flow of data between central control station and UPS.The price shall include the necessary integrator required for integration.

SITC of Software interface for HYDROPNEUMATIC SYSTEM (VFD) -3 sets via communication bus.The price shall include the necessary integrator required for integration.

Installation, Testing & commissioning of already supplied Stand alone Intelligent DDC Controllers- as per the specifications for hard wired IO points. The contractor shall decide upon the number of contollers, depending on his Controller capacity. Expandable modules for Inputs/Outputs are not allowed. Contractor shall furnish quantity and unit rate for each type of controller considered by him. The above shall be housed in a vandal proof, lockable & secure MS powder coated Cabinets to be supplied along with the Controllers. DDC must be BACnet IP type with min. 32 Bit processor, 256MB RAM and min. 512MB Inrernal memory. (IO COUNT AS MENTIONED IN IO SUMMARY)

Supply, Installing, testing and commissioning of 2 x 1.5 sq mm XLPE/SWA/PVC/CU signal / Armoured power cables. (per I/O points hard wired to DDC). More than two cables should not be saddled to wall /ceiling. Perforated Cable tray /trunking of apropriate size should be used more than two cables to be layed thru ceiling /walls.

Installing, testing and commissioning of already supplied 24 AWG Armoured shielded, twisted pair ATC communication cables as per specifications. (DDC TO DDC communication Cable)

Supply of standalone intelligent DCC controller.(Make: Siemens Model: PXC4.E16 or equivalent as per site requirement)

Supplying and drawing of UTP 4 Pair CAT 6A LAN Cable in the existing surface/recessed Steel /PVC conduit as required. 1 run of cable.
