Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 using 40 mm HBG metal for basement and flooring layers not more than 15 cm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges including consolidation as per standard specification

Brick work in CM 1 : 5 using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges as per standard specification.

Supply and errection of Centering and Shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angles and supported by casuarina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75cm of all etc complete.,

Fabrication and supply of MS Rooling Shutter of any required size with Manual Operator outer frame made of 35 x 35 x 5 mm equal MS ‘L’ angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2 nos. horizontal and 3 nos. diagonal

Fabrication and supply of MS Windows and Ventilators of any required size with three leaves outer frame made of 35 x 35 x 5 mm equal MS ‘L’ angle mullion section made of 35 x 35 x 5 mm equal ‘T’ section shtter frame made of 25 x 25 x 5 mm equal MS ‘L’ angle for horizontal Window ( 1.50*1.50)

Plastering in CM 1:5,mix using 12 mm thick , including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other labour charges including curing etc., as per standard specification.

Supply and fabrication of Steel Structures for Trusses,Purlins, Hollow pipes, Steel Plate etc including all cost of Welding and fixing charges etc

Supply and fixing of Blue Galvanised iron Sheet including all cost and conveyence of Labour and Materials etc..,

Painting in two coats over inner wall surface with approved quality of Oil bound distember with colour over one coat of pirming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc

Painting in two coats over outer wall surface with approved quality of Plastic Emulsion paint with colour over one coat of priming coat including cost of materials and labour charges etc.

Painting in two coats over steel Doors & Windows with approved quality of enamel paint paint with colour over one coat of priming coat including cost of materials and labour charges etc.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 using 20mm, gauge machine broken hard granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with CM 1:3 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claiming extra etc. as directed by the Departmental officers complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x2" for foundation and basement and superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materiales curing etc ,complete.

Plastering in cm 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Painting two coat of Plastic emulsion paint over wall plastering surface with best approved first quality of approved colour over the one coat of priming etc., complete complying with standard specification (The paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works )
