Supply and delivery at site of following pumping machinery and electrical accrssories:

Supply & delivery at site the submersible Pump directly coupled with Single phase,50 cycles,Water cooled submersible Motor for Installation in Big dia deep Tubewell as per following specification:- a)Discharge of clear water=(Q) 10 Mᶟ/Hr. b)Total Head =(H) 45 M. Motor should work within a voltage range 220V ± 10% Impeller of the Pump should be of G.M./Bronze/S.S..,Bowl dia NRV size-50mm .(HP-3) [Test Certificate & Curve chart are to be submitted at the time of delivery after having necessary approval from EIC. ]

1.1 KV Grade 3 core water proof flat submersible cable for above motor.

1.1 KV Grade 10 sqmm 2 core XLPE insulated AL. Ar. Cable cable conforming to IS-7098 (part-1) 1988 with upto date amendment.

Supply, delivery and storage at site of wall mounted 2 mm. thick epoxy painted sheet steel enclosed front open fully panel for fully automatic cum manual control centre for operation of the pump motor in DOL, actuator with DOL starter, Chlorinator with DOL starter and timer operated outdoor and indoor lighting and also spares feeder as per approved drawing and NIT specification Range of PMCC panel: 1 HP to 3 HP (Single Phase DOL)

Supply and delivery of the following valves, pipes, gauges etc. at site.

50 mm dia M.S. seamless column pipe(black) 5.5 mm thick with 125 mm long heavy type socket at one end.

3.00 mtr. Long excluding socket having 8 T.P.I. thread.

1.5 mtr. Long excluding socket one end having a thread of 11 T.P.I. & the other end having a thread of 8 T.P.I.

Heavy type suitable dia MS suspension clamp along with nuts bolts and washer.

Single phase Actuator operated wafer type Butter Fly valve PN 1.0 rating of nominal dia 50 mm as per IS-13095 having valve body of CI (Grade IS-210 FG 200) and shaft stainless steel (SS-304). [ Test Certificates from both the manufacturer are to be submitted at the time of delivery ]

Supply and delivery of 50mm dia PN 1.0 CIDF Non Return Valve conforming to I.S. : 5312, Part-I , make as per approved vendor list of PHED.

Supply and delivery of 50mm dia CIDF sluice valve (PN-1.0) As per I.S 13095. make as per approved vendor list of PHED.

50mm dia heavy type MS black pipes (for common delivery header pump under sr no-1, along with necessary bends, specials, fittings, viz flanges, bolts, nuts, gaskets, concentric enlarger, MS dismantling joint for connecting pipeline etc. including providing MS/Brick/PCC support for laying of pipes and valves as required to make the installation completee in all respect and as per NIT

Heavy type 150 mm dia split type tube well cover with 12 mm thick clamping arrangement including holes of column pipe, air pipe and cable entry with 2 sets heavy type suspension clump, nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design.

Depth gauge 100mm dia with steel air pipe of required length with all accessories for the above work including supply of good quality hand pump. (This cost includes 15 mm. dia G.I. pipes and specials)

Pressure gauge (H.Guru/Febig) 150mm dia (0-7Kg/Sq.cm) brass cock and fitting complete. (This cost includes 15 mm. dia G.I. pipes and specials)

50 mm. dia. non metalic pipes (IS:14930) and specials for protection of submersible cable (as per site requirement)

Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size MS clamps two sets and nylon rope of required length including supplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials.

Laying of cable upto 2 core 10 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 6 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting

63 Amps 240 V Porcelain fuse unit (base & bridge).

Hard wooden board(450 mm x 304.8 mm x 2mm thick)

Fitting-fixing of the supplied wooden board at suitable position on wall with fitting -fixing of supplied 63 amp porcelain fuse units on the board by supplying and fitting fixing of required nos. of nuts bolts-washers etc all complete as per direction of EIC.

Installation of above pump motor, valves and specials as in sl. no. 1 & 2 including supply of cable gland, sockets etc including brick, sand, cement rod stc as required to complete the job as per direction and up to the entire satisfaction of the EIC.

Making brick pillar 0.25 mtr x 0.25 mtr. for supporting of valves and pipes with 12 mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete.

Supply,delivery of M.S Kiosk box of 661mm x 559 mm (LxW) Size having thickness of 1.5 mm with angle support at four legs having hight of 661 mm with provision of locking arrangement, supply of lock,cable entry point incl painting by one coat of black paint over one coat of primer all complete.

Making suitable size pump foundation including erection of Kiosk box with supplying of necessary cement, sand and stone chips including plastering and net cement finish complete.

Making double earthing arrangement in compliance with IE rules by G.I. pipe electrode of 50 mm. dia 3 mtr. Long 2 Nos for panel and pumping machinery 25 mm. x 6 mm. G.I. earth strips from earth pit to panel and all other accessories required to complete the work.

Making internal electrification of pump house consisting of two bracket point, one tube light point, two bulk head point, one fan point and 1 NO. 74 watt LED fixture with arm bracket at outside and one three pin plug point including supply of all necessary materials to complete the work as per IE rules and as per direction (All the fittings and lamp should be LED type as per choice of EIC)

Supply and delivery of PVC Moulded Chair.

Supply, delivery & installation of the following Fan as directed by EIC. Ceiling Fan 1200mm sweep including Fan clamp as and when required.

Supply and Delivery of AC single pahse Phase,50Hz, Voltage Stabilizer capacity of 10 KVA oil coolling type having unbalance 115-289 V input voltage, and 230V(±1%) balanced output voltage , Auto/manual servo voltage stabilizer with U/V,O/V,O/L protection with contactor at output side, input MCB, Ammeter Bell etc. as per I.E rules and as per specification

Supplying and fixing of 63 Amp 240 V DP MCB Isolator on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection.

Supplying and fixing of 63 Amp 240 V DP,change over (MCB module) of on din rail of existing DBs/ enclosure and necessary connection

Supplying and fixing 63 Amp, 240 V SP MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection

6 way SP&N double door horizontal distribution board(IN-2,OG-4) conforming to IS 13032 & IS 8623& IP 42/43, make as per approved vendor list

Installation of the voltage stabilizer by making suitable foundation with proper earthing as necessary as per direction of EIC.

Fitting-fixing of the distribution board (as in item no. 16.4) on flat/angle frame at desired position on wall of pump house with supplying & fitting-fixing of required nos. of nuts, bolts, washers etc. with necessary earthing arrangement from nearest earth grid by GI wire /strip all complete as per the direction of EIC . This includes the cost of fitting-fixing of 1 isolator & MCB within the DB including necessary power connections by 2.5 sqmm FRLSH copper wire all complete.

Supplying and fixing of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture proof entry of cable (as in item no. 3) all complete as per direction of EIC.

Finishing the end of cable (as in item no. 17) by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket, tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Double earthing the whole installations complying with IR Rules including supplying of all necessary earthing materilas to complete the job as per direction of EIC.

Installation of above supplied Chlorinator including supplying of drawing of power line by supplying PVC copper wire & continuous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary foundation ( at least 200mm height) with concrete mixture ( sand, cement, stone) and neat cement finish by supplying of all required materials and testing the entire set by supplying necessary chemical for at least 04 ( four) hours trial run as per entire satisfaction of the EIC.

Commissioning of the installation with full satisfaction of EIC.
