Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m. including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc. including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil - pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80mm dia. but not exceeding 300mm dia.

Supply of Quary rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Dismantling manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50m lead - Bituminous road.

Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x100cm inside with 35 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100mm top diameter 160mm bottom diameter and 180mm deep (inside) with chained lid and R.C.C top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) necessary excavation foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design - with bricks class designation 35.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying Ductile Iron Double flanged pipes of class K9 (Electro teel/Lanco /Jindal/Electrotherm) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at Puducherry, lowering to the trenches(or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS12288 and CPWD specification . (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) -200mm dia.

Laying and jointing of Oriented Poly vinyl Chloride Pipes or O-PVC Pipes of highest Orientation Class 500, Laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment,including cost of solvent cement, excluding O-PVC specials such as bends, tees, threaded pieces, couplers, reducer, endcaps etc., complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 200mm dia. The rate includes only for laying of pipes. Pipe will be supplied by the Department.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000m.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision - by plant mix method for grading I material.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 - 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-I material and using bitumen 60/70.
