Providing/Generating/Creating high-accuracy 2D/3D GIS Base Maps using Drone-based LiDAR and Multi-Oblique Angle (4) Oblique + 1 Nadir) Camera supported by DGPS/GNSS Technology, including establishment of Ground Control Points (GCPs), DGPS Survey, Flight Planning, DGCA Clearances, Aerial Data Acquisition, LiDAR and Photogrammetric Processing, Generation of Orthorectified Imagery (ORI), DEM, DSM, DTM, Classified LIDAR Point Cloud, LoD-1 3D City Model, 2D / 3D GIS Feature Extraction, Building-Level Property Layer Creation, Geo-referencing and Integration of FMB and Block Maps with Drone Imagery for Land Classification, GIS Database Creation, Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC), Supply of all Digital Deliverables, Reports, Metadata, Training and Technical Support for the Entire Erode City Municipal Corporation Area (All 60 Wards), complete as per the Technical Specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
