Re-insulation and recoiling of 3Nos old and used primary coils of 5MVA 33/3.3 KV Power Transformer with proper grade of insulation. i. Covering should be TPC ii. Dimensions and other insulation should be exactly as per old coils. Primary coil data: Type-Disc coils 1. 99.9% Electrolytic Bright annealed copper strip with TPC. 2. No of Conductor: (i) For DISC coil = 1 3. size of conductor: Bare: 8.5mm X 1.9mm TPC: 9.0mm X 2.4mm 4. No of Discs : 62 As per Sample / Old Coil 5. Coil Size: ID:475mm, OD:570mm and HT:770mm 6. Weight of each coil: 270 Kg (including insulation) 7. No. of coils: Three(03) 8. Tap Range : +7.5% to -15% ( Tap lead positions AS PER SAMPLE /OLD COIL) Detail scope of work: 1. Scraping of the old insulation, acid washing and pre annealing for all bend straightening of the disc coils. Straightening of the bend portions through roller die, final annealing and covering with four layers of Kraft papers of specific sizes as required, with in clock and anti clock direction with overlapping and bringing the insulated conductor as per specification provided. 2. Formation of disc coils with all lock joint cut spaces as required, pre-compressed press- boards for separators and winding the coils with sticks if required. Finally placement of the coils in heat chamber and pressing the same till the desired specifcations are achieved. (total cost including materials, manpower,packging and forwarding transport to and fro and other overheads)

Coil Size: ID:515mm, OD:640mm and HT:610mm 6. Weight of each coil: 291 Kg (including insulation) 7. No. of coils: Three(03) 8. Tap Range : +10% to -10% ( Tap lead positions AS PER SAMPLE /OLD COIL) Detail scope of work: 1.
