Supply of 7Mtrs Decorative pole and suitable for galvanised mild steel tubes with cast aluminium embellishments and the pole base (Single piece) bottom dia height 450mm dia cast aluminium, suitable for 140 mm OD pipe having following specification. The pole have at bottom profile (140 mm dia x 2000 mm height) including with cast aluminium embellishment to decorative pole and middle Section (114 mm dia x 3000 mm height) and top profile (90mm x 2000 mm height) achieving total height 7 mtr. with base plate 450 x 450 x 20mm welded at bootom of the pole base plate. The pole are primer coated and painted with polyurethane paint (PU Paint) DFT not less than 90 micron. The pole has a service window with sleeve type theft proof window cover with at the bottom comprising four way 32Amp. Terminal Connector and connection along with MCB. The Pole can be mounted without foundation Bolts. ) with 5 years warrantee (Make- Klite, transrail, goldwyn, Surya,Luster ,shri Gee and equivalents. ) as per approval of engineer Incharge.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Supply & Fixing of Foundation Bolts with all accessories with installation of pole complete. The foundation bolt should be 4 Nos with 2 Nuts and 2 Washers of M20 x 500mm, J type, (Grade 4.6). The Foundation should be of RCC 1200mm x 400mm. Height of foundation above ground level (150mm) may be revised to suit the site conditions especially considering the expected water level stagnation. The height of coarse should be atleast 150mm. 4 Nos. of foundation bolt have to be oriented (located), while casting the foundation such that the door of the electrical junction box face the required direction. PVC / GI pipe for entry of supply cable. Parameters considered in RCC foundation design Load bearing capacity of soil (LBC)- 10 Mt/m² (Minimum) Basic wind speed- 50 m/s. Grade of steel reinforcement- Fe 415, Grade of foundation bolt : 4.6 matching with the Pole specification and aesthetics. Supply and laying of 16 Sqmm 4 core aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade in Existing RCC / Hume / Metal / PVC Pipe as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. Incuding excavation and refilling .The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.

Supply and laying of 35 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade in Existing RCC / Hume / Metal / PVC Pipe as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. Incuding excavation and refilling .The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.

Incuding excavation and refilling .The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 35 Sq.mm x 3.5 core (32mm).
