Dismantling of existing LT network and carriage of dismantled material to Divisional store including handling charges,loading, unloading & stacking complete, earthwork etc and all other charges involved. The job is to be carried out as per the directions of the site in-charge.

Providing /fixing and errection of M.S HT tubular poles SP33 having overall length of 9mtr as per REC standard. Each MS pole shall have suitable size holes for accomodating nuts, bolts etc and shall be painted with two coats of red oxide primer and finally two coats of enamel paint. The job also includes complete earthing to each MS pole as per the norms of REC standard. The job is to be carried out as per the directions of the site in-charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 240 mm² 4 core XLPE/PVC insulated and steel armoured 1.1KV grade Alminium cable of Havells/Polycab make laid as per site condition from LT panel to LT poles for incoming and outgoing circuits to be connected with LT network including thimbling with 240mm sq Almunium lugs overhead HT poles.. The job is to be carried out as per the directions of the site in-charge.

Providing/laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering-All work up to plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate, 20mm nominal size) crushed (around the pole as per REC standard)

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 4x3x1.5 feet outdoor type LT panel fitted with 400Amp 4 pole MCCB 1 No. having breaking capacity 36KA main control (Havells/L&T make) including 4 strip Almunium Busbars of same capacity with output circuit carried though outgoing busbar circuits. The panel shall also be provided with a set of voltmeter and Ampere meter. The panel is to be supported on 4 No. angle iron strips legs to be grouted in 1:2:4 mix cement concrete. The job is to be carried out as per the directions of the site in-charge.

Supplying providing/fixing of galvanized nuts, bolts and washers of required size (Galvanised as per IS-2633/1986).

Providing, fixing and commissioning of LT cable holdings as per REC standard: i. ISMC channel (75x40mm), 2 feet long duly painted with two coats of Almunium paint as per site requirement. ii. Angle iron braces 50x50x6mm, 2 feet long duly painted with two coats of Almunium paint as per site requirement. iii. Clamps/pole collars made out of flat iron strips (50x6mm), duly painted with two coats of Almunium paint as per site requirement.

Carriage of material from different sources up to site of work including loading, unloading and stacking complete.

(Part- B)

Supply,erecting of 9 mtrs long hot dip Galvanised Octagonal pole(single section)of Bajaj /Phillips Make, with bottom diameter (A/F)-155-mm,top diameter (A/F)-70 mm wide,thickness 3 mm with 70 microns zinc coating with inside arrangement for providing of power connections with following items: i.one No. terminal connector 60-Amp. ii. Required size lugs duly crimped. iii.Cement concreting of required size not less than 2’x2’x4’ in 1:2:4 mix. iv.Required length of VC copper flexile multi strand un armoured wire 1.5 mm². v.Mounting clamps for fixing of flood lights made with poles of MS & G.I pipe of required size including cost of fasteners. vi.Earthing in G.I electrodes. vii.PVC pipe of required size and length for in & out for cable in connection box.

Providing & fixing new 30 watt LED lights for various filtration houses, S.Rs and outside corresponding to IS/IEC specification of make of standard/international repute including necessary 1.5mm2 wiring single pole, 10Ampere MCB’s, side brackets including clippings, nuts bolts and other allied electric accessories and making good the walls if necessary after fixing of lights. The job includes all carriage, labour, T&P charges, successful installation, testing and commissioning. The job is to be paid in fitted and fixed form and for a trial run for a period of two months.
