SPECIAL REPAIR OF WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE AT CHAUHTAN UNDER GE AF UTARLAI

Supply and lay steel water tubing GI medium grade ISI marked with all fittings laid in trenches etc in replacement of PVC pipe line complete for 80mm dia all as specified and dirceted.

Supply and fix Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN,80 mm (3”)dia 80mm all as specified and dirceted.

Material and labour for valve chamber 900 x 900 x 900 mm (internal ) with PCC block masonary valve chamber in CM 1:4, 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 foundation, 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 and necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thickness along with angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm with locking arrangement with necessary fixing materials like hinges, nut/bolts etc (valve chamber cover shall be opened in two halves) and painting to MS cover with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc all as specified.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 80 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 80 mm dia.

Excavation in trenches not exceding 1.5m wide and not exceding 10.0 sq m on plan and not exceding 1.5m depth and getting out in soft soil.

Returing filling in including spreding leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceding 25 cm as in soil all as specified and dirceted.

Removing excavated material not exceding 50 m and depostingwhere directed at a level not exceding 1.5 m above the starting point.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia all as specified and dirceted.
