M&L for HIP (reflective) stickers in repairs and replacement of various size and shape on different types of sign boards of airfield area using make 3MTM (or) equivalent of high intensity grade prismatic reflective sheeting 3930 to 3937 serious of approved colour fixing with pressure sensitive adhesive for unique construction providing high levels of retro reflectivity for multiple traffic situations providing long term reflectivity and durability all as specified and directed.

M&L for AV 450 series colour vinyl stickers, as in repairs and replacement of various size and shape sign boards as writing numerical, alphabets, border and arrow etc. of Airfield area all as specified and directed

S&F of CPVC pipe 50mm of wall thickness, fixed to polycarbonate sheet panel and aluminium sections/angles of various sizes as in support/stay for sign boards etc, all as specified and directed.

S&F of aluminium angle/sections of required size and shape suitable for fixing polycarbonate sheet panel as sign boards of various sizes in repairs and new sign boards etc. all as specified and directed.

Fixing of repaired/newly prepared sign boards of any type and size in the airfields with all necessary embedding for PCC 1:2:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry in 1:3:6 with solid blocks, exe 10cm in width build in CM (1:4) complete all specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement contrete nominal mix, 1:2:4, Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping/kerbs including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC (SWR) pipe, 75mm dia, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floor complete all as speicfied and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for approved red earth filing in shoulders of flight strips duly cleared the grass and vegetation growth and layng of earth in layers n exc 25cm thick spread, levelled and rammed and rolled with 8-10 Ton road roller including watering in the required compaction level and gradient/slope all as specified and directed. Note : For the purpose of payment consolidated thickness shall be considered.

Dismantling of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floor etc and refixing the same as in landings, cover stones, templates, etc n exc 2m in length punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faces on other side including relaying in proper slope with edges of the flight strips including jointing with cement mortar, set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing of JCB with operator for cutting, levelling etc on shoulders and clear zone of flight strips all as specified and directed. Note : The rate is inclusive for the fuel also and the working hour will start as and when the JCB reported at Crash Bay of ATC.

Clearing and cleaning of sides/bottom of the existing drains/nallahs and berms of drains, any description and in any position, by cutting all bushes, shrubs, weeds and any other types of vegetations and trees girth upto 30cm and trimming the earth surface to make good site cuts/surface soil, depression, removing and disposal of the waste retrieved from site clearance to make free and smooth flow of water and to get a uniform slope complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted is included for removal and replace the slab cover after cleaning/repair where ever required.

M&L for Milling out the disturbed/ pot holes on bituminous surface of Airfield/ pavements, any depth including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring Sunkern surface by cutting arround edges to at least 50mm in depth making good by filling in ready to place shali patch materials of STP limited (or) equivalent product in layer and well ramming and rolling with hand roller and making good the disturbed surface, (Area of each patches not exceeding 15.00 Sqm) including removing the milled out materials/debries to a distance not exceeding 250m, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) Surface Preparation:- (i) Clean the pot hole, Preferable with pressed hot air, to ensure removal of all foreign and loose particles before pouring shali patch. (ii) Ensure that the minimum of the pot holes to be filled is 50mm. If the pot holes is more than 100mm deep fill it in 2 with layers of 50mm each. (b) Application of materials:- (i) Shovel shali patch in to pot hole straight from poly bag to slightly crown it. If pot holes is more than 50mm deep, apply 50mm layers in succession. When completed, compact the surface with a hand roller. (ii) Note:- Rate of items should inclusive of taxes, transportation complete etc.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed. Note : Rates including cutting of concrete holes and fixing by using cement contrete.

Preperation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width of girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete,tyre D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor/path, 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4,type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavement/path 100mm thick surface finishing even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as directed.

M&L for complete job to carryout test from Govt Engineering College/ Bangalore University on existing runway surface at regular intervals as directed by Engr-in-Charge using Continous Friction Measuring Equipment (CFME) and submit the detailed report. Note : (i) One job means test consisting of minimum 07 points as shown by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The test using CFME will be conducted on the surface of existing runway. (iii) Contractor should take all precaution to aviod any kind of damage during the currency of test and make good the same in case of any damage. (iv) The quoted rates include all the testing charges from the Govt Engineering College/ Bangalore University complete.
