Laying of Sewer Line By Tranchless Technology. in normal soil condition but not rock/bolder/any undergound utilities like foundation water supply line coming in alingment or other underground obstruction suitable for MS casing pipe of size complete for 1200 mm OD MS Pipe 12mm thick casing pipe. consisting with:- 1.Machinery on hire basis, Labour Heavy Hydraulic Crane, Jacking Machine & other necessary equipment HorizontalBoring/ Excavation. 2.Providing & Inserting of 1200 mm i/d M.S. casing pipe 12 mm thick(Fe-330 grade)Fabricated as per IS 3589 of 1991 from steel plates confirming to IS:-2062 including cutting, beveling, grinding & jointing with radiographically welding of pipe as per IS- 1182 and testing complete in all respect. 3.Inserting of 710 mm OD HDPE-PE6 PN100 Sewer Pipe and testing complete in all respect. 4.Providing and Fixing of MS Spacer at a distnce of 2 Mtrs apart to avoid contract of casing pipe and carrier pipes complete - For 710 mm OD MS casing pipe of size complete for 1224 mm OD . 5.Excavation for receiving pit of size 4m x 4 m x 7 m normal excavation for laying of casing pipe and laying of sewer pipe complete to satisfaction of Engineer-in-change. 6.Both side Plugs :-Concrete block 1:1.5:3 on both ends to plug the angular space between casing and carrier pipe complete in all respects

Supplying, laying, jointing using heat fusion/electro fusion, cutting and testing of HDPE pipes dully ISI marked for sewer for sewer for at an average depth of 7.00 mtr and ancillary works by trenchless technology including civil and structural work required for laying in position as per given specifications all items of work i.e. soil investigation and excavation all works in or under water liquid mud and required, dewatering of sub soil water, road cutting, neccessary barricding, including of flickering lights etc, disposal of surplus earth as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Submission of 3 sets of completion drawing showing completion of alignment, levels of the work etc. required for the successful completion of the work on turn key basis as per IS code 14333-1996 as amended upto date.
