Providing and fixing factory made Kitchen Cabinet Shutter/Partition 20 mm nominal thickness of approved shade, quality and make, made from rigid foam sheets (Single extruded) having density 600 Kg/cum and laminated on both side by laminate Sheet/PVC foil lamination. The exposed edges shall be sealed with PVC edge beading of same shade and colour. The shutter shall be fire retardent having necessary screw holding capacity. Shutter shall be fixed to frame using approved hinges with necessary stainless steel screws, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Taking down old door and window shutters including stacking serviceable materials within 15M, lead and disposal unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Supplying,fitting and fixing M.S. grill made of 20x6cmm M.S. flat / square bar as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth, carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/l. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC glazed/wire mesh windows/ doors comprising of lead free uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion/coupler (where ever required) extruded profiles having minimum wall thickness of 1. 70 mm for Series R 1 and R2 profiles and 2.10 mm for Series R3 and R4 profiles conforming to EN: 12608 in any shape, colour and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape & size as per CPWD Specification, uPVC extruded glazing beads, interlocks and lnline sash adaptor (where ever required) of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, hardware, SS 304 grade fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia with countersunk head, comprising of matching polyamide PA6 grade sleeve for fixing frame to finished wall as per IS 1367 : Part 1 to 14, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame, sash & mullion (if required) shall be mitred cut and fusion welded/mechanically jointed duly sealed at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of approved size and quality, all complete as per approved drawing conforming to CPWD specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Section of steel reinforcement and cross sections of uPVC profiles to be as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Wire mesh / Glazing of plain/ toughened/ laminated/ double glass unit with / without high performance coatings as per design requirements and conforming to IS: 3548 & IS: 16231 shall be paid separately. Note:- Structural design proof checked from a Government Engineering Institute, to be provided by the manufacturer for (i) Sites with basic wind speed > 45 m/sec as per IS 875 - Part 3 (ii) Sites with structure height more than 20m for all wind speeds Three track three panels sliding door with two glazed & one wire mesh panels with Aluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated handle on two panels along with multi-point locking system, adjustable nylon rollers with SS 304 body. Water' proofing for Old and New Roof Slab :- Providing, and laying water· proofing treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory designed, ready to ·use, acrylic modified . flexible material applied with , brush, roller or spray for water proofing coating_ as per manufacturer specifications with following steps :- (a) surface preparation:- Providing . and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, oil, grease including removal of existing loose paint / coating, and cement la1tance by cleaning with compressed air & water jet including all materials, labour, tc;,ols complete. Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from soffit to identify seepage, leakage. On identification of seepage, cement grouting to. be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / MYK Schomberg I pr Fixit/Fosroc or equivalent. Providing and repairing of all corners and joints such as. those between ·the parapet wall and the roof slab etc shall be chamfered with 150 mm X 150 mm fillet of mortar (Cement: sand-1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/ Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr Fixit or equivalent. Before chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the slurry of acrylic polymer. Repairing surface irregularities, damaged concrete in base slab, dead cracks if any, with an ·acrylic polymer modified repair mortar including a coat of bonding agent of ·the same with cement slurry including all material, ·labour, tools complete. (b) 1st Coat :- Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modified, . ready to use, flexible. cementitious material on surface. saturated qry roof and inside wall of· Parapet wall upto 600 mm by brush or -roller. After 1st coat of application, 45 gsm of Fibre glass-cloth. to lay when the first layer is still green. 1st coat ·should be applied @ 1.50 kg/ Sqmt / coat. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured: (c) 2nd coat :- To apply the 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified; ready to use, flexible cementitious material right angle to the 1st coat over the glass fibre la. id surface. 2nd coat should be applied. @O. 7 kg/Sq mt/coat. For the purpose-of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured." After three days of drying the 2nd coat , the rail water outlets to be plugged and ponding .-:test to be done for 48 h·ours to identify seepage, leakage .from soffit and if found necessary rectification to be done as p_er satisfaction of EiC. Integral water proofing admixture conforming to IS 2645 @ of 100 ml per bag of of cement to be added in the screed concrete(paid separately for this items). All corners shall be chamfered with 150mm X 150 mm fillet. The rain water outlets shall be just levelled with the screed concrete to ensure smooth discharge of water - the peripheral gaps between pvc pipe outlet and concrete surface· should be packed properly with rich concrete and the peripheral mouth to be sealed with moisture insensitive epoxy putty of Sika India Pvt.Ltd. / MYK Schomberg I Dr Fixit/Fosroc. For the purpose of measurement, the entire treated surface will be measured." (e)Groove of PCC surface should be filled with Polysulphide Sealant.(Paid separately). Brand - Sika India Pvt. Covering of treated surface with PCC :-Providing 25mm thick Cement Concrete M20(1:1.5:3) maintaining slope in alternate 2 mt x 2 mt panels with approved quality of stone chips of 20 mm to 6 mm size graded and cleaned sand of F.M 2.5 to 3 Including screening, shuttering and mixing cement concrete in mixer with admixture of integral water proofing and placing in position, striking curing, taxes and Royality all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. Panels that has been left should be casted next day.There should be_ 6 mm gap between Panels .Brand-Sika. Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Providing two coats of painting with ready mixed paint including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing dust, dirt, scales smokes and grease and · cleaning the surface thoroughly including of scaffolding and faxes all complete as per building specification' and direction of E/1. (Mode of measurement Area shall be multiplied by the co-efficient as indicated in building specification).

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
