REPAIR/MAINT OF INTERNAL ELECTRICAL FITTINGS AND FIXTURES AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT ZONE-II UNDER GE BRICHGUNJ, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Taking down carefully, copper/aluminium point wiring (Light, fan, scoket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets etc., and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping and all accessories fixed to walls / roofs / ceiling etc. and including 1.5 sqmm copper cable FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover/Pre moulded PVC switch board for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., complete all as specified and as directed for the following: - (a) One light point/Bell point controlled by one switch

(b) One fan point controlled by one switch and one regulator

(c) One 3 pin switch socket outlet point 5 amps on same board with other switches.

(d) One 3 pin switch socket outlet point 5 amps on independent board.

All as per item at sl No.2 here in before but with copper conductor cable for one 3 pin socket outlet, 15 amps independent, with cable 4 Sqmm size and 4Sqmm earth continuty conductor, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for point wiring as per colour coding with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 19 mm thick rigid non metallic PVC concealed/ surface conduit medium quality including new sunken terminal boxes duly epoxy painted and 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover and continuity earth wire PVC insulated copper conductor standard unsheathed of size 1.5sqmm including Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed conduit wiring,etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick wall. complete all as specified and as directed. (a) One light point/Bell point controlled by one switch

(b) One fan point controlled by one switch and one regulator

(c) One 3 pin switch socket outlet point 5 amps on same board with other switches.

(d) One light point controlled by two two way switch.
