FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM Net workable and micro processor based 640 chracters LCD / Touch Screen LCD display network repeater panel displaying all events /detectors, devices status of complete systems in the network. The repeator shall be equiped with mounting options etc. (UL approved) complete in all respect as specified and as directed.
Cabling for fire detection and alarm system with 2 core annealed tinned copper conductor PVC sheathed , flexible, 2x1.5 sq mm armoured cable complete in all respect as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY:- Masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm internal size, in brick work class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), including necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominalsize ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement slurry complete as per standard design and all as directed.
Providing, fixing and testing of packaged fixed skid mounted hydropneumatic system comprising of :- (a) Vertical inline multistage centrifugal pumping set with stainless steel SS-304 stage casing and SS-304 impellers with stainless steel SS-316L shaft as per IEC standards and GJL250 cast iron suction & discharge casing, connected to TEFC ventilated induction motor of 2 pole, 2900rpm, suitable for 400/440 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. (b) Pressure vessel of non corrosive FRP composite construction lined with NSF and/or FDA listed material, like high density polyethylene with fully replaceable polyurethane. Air cell burst pressure of minimum of 5 times the vessel operating pressure and cycle tested for 2,50,000 cycles. No. and capacity of Pressure Vessel – 01 Nos. x 100 Ltrs. (c) Control Panel with programmable logic controller (PLC) for cyclic operation of pumps. Pump working sequence should change after every operation.Contactor overload relays and MCBs should confirm to IEC 898 – 1995/ specifications. Blinking indications for pumps start, trip, low level trip, health supply should be provided in the panel along with the ammeter & voltmeter. Control panel should also consist of cooling fan. (d) Pressure switches bellow type fitted with micro switch and having maximum pressure and differential scale should confirming BS-6134 standards and IP-55 protection class. (e) Stainless steel suction and delevery header, ball valve on each pump on section delivery side, non return valves, Y stainer complete in all respect.
(f) Ball valves to be used should be Hot Pressed brass OT-58 with stainless steel ball and P.T.F.E seal and O-Ring. NRVs to be used should be with Springs and O-Ring arrangement. 1600 KVA 6.6KV-11KV/0.433KV Dual voltage 3phase 50Hz, indoor type copper wound, Dry type cast resin step down transformer complete with all modern fittings as given in the specifications including , lifting lugs, Roller type bi-directional wheels, suitable boxes on both the ends for cable entry & bus duct, winding temprature indication & alarm, earthing terminals, diagram and rating plat etc. as required all as per following details.
(a) 6.6KV-11KV/433V Dual voltage distribution transformer shall be a part of packaged substation which will be housed in the enclosure. The transformers shall be installed in hot, humid tropical atmosphere. All equipment accessories and wiring shall be provided with tropical finish to prevent fungus growth. (b) The transformers shall be dry Type & capable of continuous operation of rated output under the operating conditions of voltage and frequency variations as per statutory limits governed by relevant Indian Standard and Indian Electricity Rules, 1956 / IEC with latest amendments in force. (c) Requirement: 6.6KV-11KV/433V Dual voltage dry type cast resin with OFF LOAD Tap Changer (OCTC), Tapping range +5% to -7.5% in steps of 2.5% (HV side), neutral air cooled, double copper wound, core type suitable for packaged substation housed in a enclosure. (d) Voltage Ratio: No load voltage 11000/433volts within tolerance as stipulated in latest IS standard. (e) Insulating material shall be of proven design. The insulating material shall be class 'F'.
(f) Rating: The transformer shall have a continuous rating as specified at any of the specified tapping position and with the maximum temperature rise specified. (g) Temperature Rise: The maximum temperature rise at the specified maximum continuous output shall not exceed 40°C by thermometer of winding above ambient temperature of 50°C. (h) Type of Load: The transformer shall be suitable for carrying unbalanced load up to 90% load within temperature rise indicated in the Indian Standard specification ‘Guide for loading of dry Transformer. (j) Overloads: The transformers shall be suitable for carrying overload within temperature rise indicated in IS ‘Guide for Loading of dry transformer’. (k) Connections: H.V. Delta and L.V Star connected with neutral brought out on the secondary side for connection to earth; Vector group DYn11 of IS:2026. (l) Each 6.6KV-11KV/433V Dual voltage Step down transformers shall be provided with the following fittings and accessories: Rating diagram and terminal marking plate for transformer .
(m) Lifting lugs for transformer . (n) Bi-directional Rollers. (o) Rating diagram and terminal marking plate for transformer . (p) Earth terminals (2 Nos) for body earthing for transformers . (q) Inspection door for access to terminal connections for transformers (r) Suitable cable termination arrangement for M.V. side with extended Bus bars for cables or Bus duct connection and cable box terminations on H.V. Side, suitable for 3Cx 240/300sq. mm 11 K.V. XLPE Aluminum Conductor cable. (s) Necessary hardware, clamps, lugs etc. for terminations of H.V. Cables on HV side and cable termination on M.V. Side. (t) Winding temperature indicator with contacts for remote alarm and tripping.

Providing & Fixing of base plate / channel, P/F the following Switchgears, complete with earth Bus bar throughout the length of the panel, terminal arrangement for Cables incomings / Outgoings from Top / Bottom as per drawings and as approved by consultant / Engineer- in-Charge, The incoming and outgoing feeders shall be accommodated in a modular multi-tier arrangement, detachable gland plates, adequate size cable alley, Sign writing, Painting, Earthing, Numbering, Danger plate etc. complete as required as per specification and drawing approved by GE.
(a) Incomer (1600 KVA) : 1 No. 2500 A, 415V, 50kA (Ics=Icu=Icw =50 KA for 1 second), 4 Pole, Electrical draw out type, Micro-processor based release (for over current, Earth fault and short circuit protections) A.C.B. with all indications, metering, protections, push buttons etc. complete in all respects as mentioned in specifications and as required. each feeder shall have following: (b) Digital flush type class-1.0 accuracy multifunction meter showing V, A, PF, KVAR , KWH, Frequency / Harmonics etc. with 3 Nos. current transformers of 2500/5 ratio, 15 VA Class 1.0 metering. (c) 6 nos NO/NC contacts for remote opening & closing. (d) Red/Green/Amber ON/OFF/TRIP indicating lamps with 2A SP MCB backup protection. (e) 1 set of three phase indicating lamps along with 2A SP MCB backup protection. (f) Spring charge& DC supply healthy indicating lamp with 2A SP MCB backup protection.
(g) Separate set of Class 5P10, 15VA CT of suitable capacity for protection/Capacitor Panel. (h) 24 V DC Shunt trip coil. (j) Motor wound spring closing mechanism. (k) Control MCB, control terminals& wiring as required. (l) Restricted Earth fault relay with 3 Nos. current transformers of 2500/5 ratio, 15 VA Class 5P 10. (m) Undervoltage, Overvoltage & phase reversal relay for persisted voltage of 105-180% & 20-95% of rated voltage. (n) All outgoing feeders shall be provided with one set of three phase R,Y,B indicating lamps along with 2A SP MCB backup portection and 1 Set of ON/OFF/Trip indicating lamps . (o) Bus Bars: A set of TPN Copper bus bar rated for 3000A (after considering all necessary deratings) 3 phase 4wire, 50Hz. A minimum derating factor of 0.75 must be taken for calculation of bus bar sizes. The bus bar size after derating shall be equal to the ampere given in the BOQ. The conductivity of bus bar shall not be less than 58% and earth bus size shall be 10% of phase bus bar. (50kA).
(p) Outgoings : All outgoing shall have Ics = 50 KA (As per SLD). (q) 2 Nos. TPN feeder having 800A TPN MCCB, ON /OFF indication, 1 no. digital MFM (showing all PF/V/A/F parameters) and matching cast resin CT's with control MCB. (r) 3 Nos. TPN feeder having 630A TPN MCCB, ON /OFF indication, 1 no. digital MFM (showing all V/A/F/KW parameters) and matching cast resin CT's with control MCB. (s) 1 Nos. TPN feeder having 400A TPN MCCB, ON /OFF indication, 1 no. digital MFM (showing all V/A/F/KW parameters) and matching cast resin CT's with control MCB. (t) 1 Nos. TPN feeder having 315A TPN MCCB, ON /OFF indication, 1 no. digital MFM (showing all V/A/F/KW parameters) and matching cast resin CT's with control MCB. (u) 5 Nos. TPN feeder having 250A TPN MCCB, ON /OFF indication, 1 no. digital MFM (showing all V/A/F/KW parameters) and matching cast resin CT's with control MCB.
(v) 1 Nos. TPN feeder having 200A TPN MCCB, ON /OFF indication, 1 no. digital MFM (showing all V/A/F/KW parameters) and matching cast resin CT's with control MCB. (w) 2 Nos. TPN feeder having 160A TPN MCCB, ON /OFF indication, 1 no. digital MFM (showing all V/A/F/KW parameters) and matching cast resin CT's with control MCB. (x) 3 Nos. TPN feeder having 100A TPN MCCB, ON /OFF indication, 1 no. digital MFM (showing all V/A/F/KW parameters) and matching cast resin CT's with control MCB. (y) 5 Nos. TPN feeder having 63A TPN MCCB, ON /OFF indication, 1 no. digital MFM (showing all V/A/F/KW parameters) and matching cast resin CT's with control MCB. (z) 1 Nos. TPN feeder having 40A TPN MCCB, ON /OFF indication, 1 no. digital MFM (showing all V/A/F/KW parameters) and matching cast resin CT's with control MCB. (aa) 2 Nos. Capacitor Panel-1 (300 KVAR) INDOOR DUTY : INCOMER : 300 KVAR at 415V capacitor panel having 1 no. 630Amps TP Isolator as incomer. Incomer shall have 3 nos indicating lights with control MCB for incoming power, 1 no. Multifunction meter showing V/A/PF parameters with matching cast resin CT's, 3 phase 12 steps automatic power factor correction relay all as per details below:- BUS BAR : A set of TPN Copper bus bar rated for 700A (after considering all necessary deratings) 3 phase 4wire, 50Hz. A minimum derating factor of 0.75 must be taken for calculation of bus bar sizes. The bus bar size after derating shall be equal to the ampere given in the BOQ. The conductivity of bus bar shall not be less than 58% and earth bus size shall be 10% of phase bus bar. (35kA).
OUTGOINGS :1 nos. x 100 KVAR capacitor banks each having 100 KVAR (should offer net capacitance of 100 KVAR at 415V) section will have 250A TP MCCB with 1 no of 200Amps TP capacitor duty contactor, 1 no. 100KVAR 7% harmonic block reactor with 200% linearity class H, Net 133 KVAR Heavy duty capacitor rated at 525V, 1 set lights ON/OFF, 1 set of ON/OFF push buttons, 1 no. CT operated ammeter 0-250amps. 2 nos. x 50 KVAR capacitor banks each having 50 KVAR (should offer net capacitance of 50 KVAR at 415V) section will have 160A TP MCCB with 1 no of 110amps TP capacitor duty contactor, 1 no. 100KVAR 7% harmonic block reactor with 200% linearity class H, Net 62.5 KVAR Heavy duty capacitor rated at 525V, 1 set lights ON/OFF, 1 set of ON/OFF push buttons, 1 no. CT operated ammeter 0-125amps. 3 no. x 25 KVAR capacitor banks each having 25 KVAR (should offer net capacitance of 25 KVAR at 415V) section will have 80A TP MCCB with 1 no of 60amps TP capacitor duty contactor, 1 no. 25KVAR 7% harmonic block reactor with 200% linearity class H, Net 33.5 KVAR Heavy duty capacitor rated at 525V, 1 set lights ON/OFF, 1 set of ON/OFF push buttons, 1 no. CT operated ammeter 0-60amps.
2 no. x 12.5 KVAR capacitor banks each having 12.5 KVAR (should offer net capacitance of 12.5 KVAR at 415V) section will have 40A TP MCCB with 1 no of 40amps TP capacitor duty contactor, 1 no. 12.5KVAR 7% harmonic block reactor with 200% linearity class H, Net 33.5 KVAR Heavy duty capacitor rated at 525V, 1 set lights ON/OFF, 1 set of ON/OFF push buttons, 1 no. CT operated ammeter 0-40amps. Each capacitor bank shall be able to operate in either manual or auto mode individually through APCR relay and separately in auto mode. Actual capacitance value will be high at 525V and each capacitors should be derated to offer value given above at 415V, 01 set of complete wiring.
INDOOR DUTY/ INCOMER: 225 KVAR at 415V capacitor panel having 1 no. 630Amps TP Isolator as incomer. Incomer shall have 3 nos indicating lights with control MCB for incoming power, 1 no. Multifunction meter showing V/A/PF parameters with matching cast resin CT's, 3 phase 12 steps automatic power factor correction relay all as per details below:- (a) BUS BAR: A set of TPN Copper bus bar rated for 700A (after considering all necessary deratings) 3 phase 4wire, 50Hz. CT operated ammeter 0-125amps. (c) 4 no. x 25 KVAR capacitor banks each having 25 KVAR (should offer net capacitance of 25 KVAR at 415V) section will have 80A TP MCCB with 1 no of 60amps TP capacitor duty contactor, 1 no. 25KVAR 7% harmonic block reactor with 200% linearity class H, Net 33.5 KVAR Heavy duty capacitor rated at 525V, 1 set lights ON/OFF, 1 set of ON/OFF push buttons, 1 no. CT operated ammeter 0-60amps.
(d) 2 no. x 12.5 KVAR capacitor banks each having 25 KVAR (should offer net capacitance of 12.5 KVAR at 415V) section will have 40A TP MCCB with 1 no of 40amps TP capacitor duty contactor, 1 no. 25KVAR 7% harmonic block reactor with 200% linearity class H, Net 33.5 KVAR Heavy duty capacitor rated at 525V, 1 set lights ON/OFF, 1 set of ON/OFF push buttons, 1 no. CT operated ammeter 0-40amps. (e) Each capacitor bank shall be able to operate in either manual or auto mode individually through APCR relay and separately in auto mode. Actual capacitance value will be high at 525V and each capacitors should be derated to offer value given above at 415V. (f) 1 set of complete wiring

LIFT PANEL : 1 No. TPN Incomer feeder having 63A 4P MCCB (16kA) with ON indications, 3 nos. phase indicating lamps to show the incoming power with control MCB all as per details below:- (a) Bus Bar: One set of TPN,CU bus bar rated 100 Amps (after considering necessary deratings of 75%) for phases and neutral for half capacity of phases. (b) Outgoings:- All outgoing shall have Ics = 16 KA (As per SLD). (c) 2 Nos. 40A TPN feeder having 40A TPN MCB with ON indication. (d) 1 Nos. 25A DP feeder having 25A DP MCB. (e) 1Nos. SPACE suitable for 63A TPN feeder having 63A 4P MCCB with isolable neutral, ON indication. (f) Other items such as 1 Lot of control wiring and 1 Set of designation plates.
LIFT PANEL : 1 No. TPN Incomer feeder having 100A 4P MCCB (16kA) with ON indications, 3 nos. phase indicating lamps to show the incoming power with control MCB all as per details below:- (a) Bus Bar: One set of TPN, CU bus bar rated 150 Amps (after considering necessary deratings of 75%) for phases and neutral for half capacity of phases. (b) Outgoings:- All outgoing shall have Ics = 16 KA (As per SLD). (c) 2 Nos. 63A TPN feeder having 63A TPN MCCB with ON indication. (d) 1 Nos. 25A DP feeder having 25A DP MCB. (e) 1Nos. SPACE suitable for 63A 4P feeder having 100A 4P MCCB with ON indication. (f) Other items such as 1 Lot of control wiring and 1 Set of designation plates.
Digging of Horizintal boring of size 200mm dia for laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable including provision of 150mm HDPE pipe complete in all respect and removal of debris outside MoD land all as directed.
SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF BUS BAR TRUNKING (SANDWITCH TYPE)
Adaptor box housings fabricated out of 14G CRCA powder coated (as approved) sheet steel for the Rising Mains fitted with following rating MCCB. The adaptor box shall be totally factory assembled complete with solid aluminium busbar links of rated capacity for connection of outgoing vide MCCB to Risings Mains. The adaptor box should be complete with suitable size of glands plate for incoming cables.
Reducer suitable for Rising Mains, of capacity 800 Amps to 200 Amps TPN making proper connections, testing and commissioning as described in above items.
Rising Main consisting of total Aluminium/ GI. enclosure, TPN high electrolytic conductivity copper conductor, sandwich Busbars covered with 2 layers of Myler insulation, No coloured sleeves, integral earth bus suitable for operation on 415V/650V 3 phase, 4 wire 50 cycles AC supply system. The construction should be such that it will be dust and vermin proof IP 54 in epoxy powder coated copper construction rated for 45 degrees C ambient temperature . The Rising Mains should be built in convenient sections complete with fire proof barriers, thrust pads, expansion joints at intervals and straps for fixing from ceiling including mounting arrangement duly marked with the Current carrying capacity. The Rising Mains should be CPRI tested for 25 KA for 1 sec.

Note: GI Earth strip upto 7.5M shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. The GI Earth strip beyond 7.5M shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item in this schedule (BOQ).

Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore,medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of galvanised iron 32×6mm strip as eartlung lead or steel wire including adequate quantity of charcol dust & common salt as shown in Plate No. 2 (SSR Part-I) to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion.
Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested Maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated), ZINC COATED (80-100), Microns with pure Zinc (99.9%) & Alloy Coating (200-250) microns. Earthing system confirming to IS 3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 41.9mm dia ,26.4 mm, 2mtrs Length, Zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300 mm on the topside for additional protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL (CF) (Crystaline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by Electrodite/Conductolite back fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having ROHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safeguard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad, good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same BFC 2 bags (as per soil condition) extra per pit/unit. The material should have good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions complete work, must be executed all as per manufacturer’s instruction (All the above given dimensions may vary ±1 MM) Note: The quantity of BFC * Electrodite shall be increased according to soil condition and to achieve the earth value less then 1Ω
CUTTING DOWN TREES

Boring for bored cast in situ pile through soft /loose soil, stiff clay, soft disintegrated rock or any other strata (except hard rock strata) using DMC (Direct Mud Control) method or rotrary rig or any other method and getting out & disposal of spoil to a place outside of MoD land for following sizes:-

Conducting Lateral Load tests (test load up to 40T) on bored cast in situ piles of dia between 450 & 900 mm diameter by prolliding Hydraulic Jack, Manual Pump, Dial Gauges including data anaylsis and submission of report all as directed.
Initial load testing dynamic testing (High Strain Dynamic) on piles 600mm dia all as per IS-2911, Part-IV including bringing on site all equipment required and removal from the site after testing is completed complete all as specified and as directed.

FIRE FIGHTING: GM fire brigade suction hose coupling (draw-out connection) with nut for female coupling as per IS standards complete with 100mm dia GI suction pipe and 100mm dia foot valve to be connected to static tank complete all as specified and directed.
MS Angle iron (40mmx40mmx5mm) door frame and S.S. Sheet (2mm thick) cum glass shutter of size 2.1m x 0.9m (N.S) with 25mm x 25mm x 3mm angle frame all around and stiffened in between i/c hinges, handle, locking arrangement, painting with approved synthetic enamel paint i/c sign writing on glass at internal hydrant including providing & fixing S.S. Sheet 2mm thick on remaining portion above door to close opening i/c painting etc. as required. Glass shall be 6mm thick . The cabinet shall be suitable to accommodate 2 Nos 15mtr long Hose pipe & 2 Nos branch pipe nozzle. It shall be mounted on raised Brick platform complete as required complete all as directed. Note: Cost shall be inclusive of providing break glass box containing key for the cabinet along with hammer.
Fire Extinguisher, ISI Marked (IS:2878) Carbon-di-oxide type capacity 4.5Kg. Flat base including valve, discharge hose of not less than 10mm dia, 1M long and complete in all respects including initial fill with CO2 gas conforming to IS:307-1966 filled to a filling rate of not more than 0.667 and GI wall suspension bracket of suitable size all as directed.
ABC (Powder Type) Fire Extinguisher 6KG. In HP Mild Steel Cylinders ISI marked TAC approved, fitted with pressure indicating gauge, internal tube, squeeze lever type valve fully charged with ABC powder (Mono Ammonium Phosphate) pressured by Nitrogen and confoming to IS:1349-1993 complete in all respects including GI wall suspension bracket of suitable size all as directed.
CO2 type fire extinguishers consisting of welded M.S cylindrical body automatic modular CO2 type extinguisher actuated through a sprinkler head mounted on the extinguisher body finished externally with red enamel paint with trolly mounted complete with initial charge (Capacity 22.5Kg) all as directed.
