MECHANISED PERIODICAL TO MD ACCN OF ZONE H AREA OF AGE B/R- II UNDER GE (EAST) LUCKNOW

MoU with Manufacturer’s of Paint: (a) Irrespective of whatever specified elsewhere in tender documents, the work shall be got executed through authorized applicator of manufacturer’s Asian Paint Ltd/ / Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd/ Acro Paints Ltd / Berger Paints India Ltd only. The tri-party agreement between contractor, said manufacturer’s of Paints and their authorized Applicator on Non Judicial Stamp paper of Rs. 100/- (format of MOU shall be provided by department.) Authorised Applicator of above mentioned Paint Manufacturers shall have valid authorization letter from the manufacturers. (b) The MoU shall be submitted by bidders in cover-I (technical bid) along with other requisite documents as per NIT. (c) MoU shall be verified from authorized applicator and Manufacturer’s Authorized delar (if Accepting officer found verification is required). In case of fake MoU found during of verification of MoU, the bidder shall be liable for rejection of technical bid and financial bid shall not be opened of such bidders and appropriate necessary disciplinary action shall be taken against firms as deemed fit.

WorkManship procesure of periodical Work: (a) The painting work under this contract shall be executed in accordance with the triparty agreement between contractor, said manufacturers of Paints and their authorized Applicator on Non Judicial Stamp paper of Rs. 100/- (format of MOU shall be provided by department.) (b) The Contractor shall procure and deposit 100% of the approved quantity of paint (20-litre packs), primer (20-litre packs), and wall putty (20 kg/40 kg packs) from the Approved Company with the Engineer-in-Charge within 15 days of commencement of work along with original GST invoices. (c) The approved paint system shall comprise Nerolac Excel Top Guard Exterior Emulsion / Berger Weather Coat Anti Dust / Asian Paints Apex Exterior Emulsion. (d) The scope under the MOU shall include mechanical scraping, surface preparation including rectification of undulations up to 5–8 mm, application of wall care putty, primer, and finishing coats through the Authorized Applicator only, strictly as per the manufacturer's specifications. (e) Each quarter shall be completed within 7 days from the date of handing over after completion of plaster repairs, if any. Delay beyond the stipulated period shall attract liquidated damages of ₹1,000 (Rupees One Thousand only) per day per quarter and shall be recovered from the Contractor's next due. (f) The OEM shall provide all labour, supervision, ladders, scaffolding, tools and plants, transportation, safety equipment, cleaning, and all incidental arrangements at no extra cost. Quoted unit rate shall be inclusive of T&P, scaffolding, transportation, supervision, or other incidental items and no claim shall be admissible on this account.

M & L for smart periodical services shall be executed thorugh approved applicator (Name of applicator and manufacture shall be approved by GE before commencment of work as per MoU) comprising preparation of existing wall and ceiling surfaces using mechanical scraper/sander machines as per recommendation of manfacturers in accordance with the approved MOU complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of old putty, defective old paint, and other unsound material on existing wall / ceiling surfaces by mechanical scraping, executed through the company's Authorized Applicator in accordance with the approved MOU complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing all approved material and applying 2 mm thick Wall Care Putty of approved make in two layers to fill undulations up to 5–7 mm and obtain a smooth, even and uniform finish using sander machines and to be executed through the Company's Authorized Applicator complete in accordance with the approved MOU complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for smart periodical services with two or more coats of premium plastic emulsion paint (Berger Platina Rangoli EC 500 / Asian Paints Royal Atoms / Nerolac Impression) on internal surfaces over a coat of approved primer and to be executed exclusively through the company's Authorized Applicator complete in accordance with the approved MoU complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for smart periodical services with two or more coats of 1st quality acrylic emulsion (ready mixed) paint (Berger Platina Rangoli EC 500 / Asian Paints Royal Atoms / Nerolac Impression, over a coat of approved primer and to be executed exclusively through the company's Authorized Applicator complete in accordance with the approved MoU complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for prepration of new surface or complete removal of old surface and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including a priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note- Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical mean by authorzied applicator only)

M&L for Smart External Periodical Services comprising preparation of existing wall, Chajja parapet wall surfaces using approved mechanical scraper/sander machines only, followed by application of two coats of approved primer and two coats of Exterior emulsion paint of Nerolac Excel Top Guard Exterior Emulsion / Berger WeatherCoat Anti Dust / Asian Paints Apex Exterior Emulsion of the same manufacturer, executed exclusively through Company's Authorized Applicator in accordance with the approved MOU, manufacturer's specifications, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing wall Chajja, and parapet wall surfaces by mechanical means, followed by providing and applying 2 mm thick (each layer) Wall Care Putty in two layers to fill undulations up to 5–7 mm and obtain a smooth, even, and uniform finish, complete in accordance with the approved MoU, manufacturer's specifications and as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
