Main Electrical Panel : Design, fabrication and testing at works, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 415 V, 50 Hz electrical Panel at site as per technical specifications for electrical works. The panel shall have 1250A, Electrolytic Grade (ETP) tinned copper, insulated, colour coded horizontal/ vertical TPN busbars of adequate length and strength, Symetrical system fault level withstand 50 kA for 1 sec and 230V,50Hz., 70VA, 500 Ohm grounding monitoring system with alarm output. Suitable to monitor grounding status continuously and show the ground resistance at Display.. Panel shall be complying with IEC 61439. The feeder switchgears configurations and other details shall be as under : 1. Incomer : 1250A TP+ 1250A Neutral Link , 415V, 50Hz, Ics 50kA and Icw 50kA for 1 Sec. at 440V AC, EOD type, microprocessor based trip releases with Neutral CT of same make as ACB. The incomer have 0-1250A, 0-500V AC, 50Hz, Digital Multifunction-meter along with 1200/5A, 10-15VA, CT with accuracy Cl. 1 as per requirement of operation and monitoring. Suitable to read harmonics of system through inbuilt display and ready to connect with SCADA system. ............01 Set 2. Design, fabrication and testing at works, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 63A, 415 V, 50 Hz wall mounted type motor control system madeout electrical Panel at site as per technical specifications for electrical works. 415V, 50Hz, 160A Electrolytic Grade (ETP) tinned copper, insulated, colour coded horizontal/ vertical TPN busbars of adequate length and strength and symetrical system fault level withstand 36 kA for 1 sec for 440V AC. Panel shall be complying with IEC 61439. The feeder switchgears configurations and other details shall be as under : 1. Incomer: 3 Pole+NL, 160A, 415V,50Hz, 36KA, microprocessor based relaeae with neutral CT same make as MCCB. The incomer have digital ammeter 0-250A with selector switch with 160/5A, 15VA CT with accuracy Cl. 1 and digital voltmeter 0-500V with selector switch ……..01 set. 2. 50 Pair Telephone DB : Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of 50 Pair Indoor Type Telephone D.B. with module and frame. Mounting of module shall be in two sets of 50 termination (one will be incomming and other will be outgoing). The enclosure shall be suitable to mount 10 module with frame and sufficient space for termination work.

20 Pair Telephone DB : Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of 20 Pair Indoor Type Telephone D.B. with module and frame. Mounting of module shall be in two sets of 20 termination (one will be incomming and other will be outgoing). The enclosure shall be suitable to mount 10 module with frame and sufficient space for termination work.

G.I Earthing : Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of GI plate earthing as per IS: 3043 and our specifications. The size of the plate will be 600X600X6.3mm. A test link of size 200mm length and 5mm thick shall be provided inside of earthing chamber. Two length of GI strip of size 50X5mm shall be installed from GI plate to test link. This GI strip shall be welded minimum 300mm both side in centre of plate and connected with test link by suitable NUT-BOLTS with washers. At both end of test link there shall be provision of NUT-BOLT and washer for connection of GI strip which is connecting the earth pits with the system or quipments. A 19mm dia GI pipe shall be install from mid of GI plate to earthing chamber and funnel will be mounted on the top of this pipe. There shall be hole of all along the GI pipe and it should be cut at 45 degree angle at the plate side end. Cost iron pre-casted cover shall be provided on the earthing chamber. The chamber of earthing pit shall be as per attached sketch.
