Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement@ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mixed design, transported to the site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread , compacted and finished in a continuous operation includuing provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinaljoints, joint filler, seperationmembrane, sealent primer, sealent joint , debonding strips dowel bar, tie rod, admixured as approved, curing compopund, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surfac using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance

Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) (Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder( Average 150mm filling )to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment.)

Applying one self-priming coat of acrylic emulsion coating of Unicem "Rakshak" brand by thinning 1ltrs of paints with 1ltrs of water over freshly plastered wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as specified and directed by the department.

Finishing wall with two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior coatings of Unicem "Rakshak" brand of required shade by thinning 1ltr. of paint with 750ml of water to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as specified and directed by the department.

Extra coat

a) Colour washing with lime on wall surface (two coats) over and including a priming coat of white washing to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter.
