Engagement of beldar/ coolie/ helper for non measured work such as site clearance, cleaning of roof terrace & sun shed, to assist the plumber, carpenter mistri & black smith, dismantling of damaged existing pvc roofing sheets, uprooting of vegetations from the outer wall and other miscellaneous work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Engagement of plumber for non measured work in repair and maintenance work of internal /external water supply pipe line as per direction of engineer-in-charge with all T&P required. (Labour rates only).

Engagement of carpenter mistri for non-measured work in repair and maintenance of wood work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with all T&P required. (Labour rates only.

Engagement of black smith for non measured work such as repair and maintenance work of iron structures as per direction of engineer-in-charge with all T&P required. (Labour rates only).

Fabrication & P/F of Tubular steel trusses duly painted with one coat of red oxide paint, designed & manufactured as per latest I.S.S. suitable for A.C. sheet or profile sheet roofing cover of the shed (Thickness of Tubes shall not be less than 3.25 mm) including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work & cartage upto site as per drawing including all accessories.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as built up gates, door, window & ventilator frames & grill, etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting & welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor.

Cement concrete with cement, coarse sand and 4 cm gauge stone ballast in proportion of 1:6:12 in foundations & under floors including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement concrete with cement, coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved hard stone ballast in proportion of 1:2:4 including supply of all materials, labour, side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

1st class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in super structure for wall of one brick thickness including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

RCC work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast in proportion of 1:2:4 in slab, excluding supply of reinforcement & its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with binding wire, including cost of all other materials, binding wire, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
