( Rates are deems to be including replacement washers (hot/cold) ,, flush pipe,GI Nipple,union,Socket,Reducer Socket,bend,Elbow,Reducer Elbow ,Tee,brass spindle, flush syphon, flush handle, pata screws etc) complete all as specified. Notes:-1. The contractor shall make all arrangement for attending the different types of complaints on day to day basis. 1.. Rate shall be quoted accordingly, keeping in mind above said provisions. 2. The complaint shall be attended by the contractor within 12 hours from the lodge of complaint, failing which a panel recovery 200/ complaint shall be recovered from the contractors dues.

Attending complaint for repair to easing of any type of Doors/Window/Cup Board shutters and chowkhats, aluminum doors by tightening of hinges / handles / aldrop bolt / tower bolt / knobs, hasp and staple etc of any size / any number of panels for easy closing / opening or changing the position of hinges, adjustments of tower bolts, sliding bolts, replacement of looking mirror, curtain rod etc complete including taking down joinery and refixing in the same place and replacement of minimum defective item if required like screws, nails, bits etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Notes:- 1. The contractor shall make all arrangement for attending the different types of complaints on every day basis. Any major item required to be replaced with new one, to make the joinery work functional shall be measured and paid for separately as Supply and 'S&F' under respective item of this schedule. Old retrieved item (s) as considered in 'Schedule of Credit' shall become property of the contractor. 1. Rate shall be quoted accordingly against these items, keeping in mind above said provisions. 2. The comlaint shall be attended by the contractor within 12 hours, failing which a panel recovery of Rs 200/ complaint shall be recovered from the contractor dues and no dispute will be intertained at later date

M&L Petty repair to existing steel window /Rolling Shutters, Pressed steel frame, Rat tails spring, Steel Almirah, Mortise lock fitted in steel Almirah and fixing wire mesh on steel windows by welding in situation and in any floor and including hinges 100 mm medium weight to chowkhats after taking down door/window shutter and refixing in position and making functional,repair /screwing of CGI/Prepainted sheets (Welding rod welding machine, small fittings such as window handle, hinges ,Screws etc will be provided by the contractor) removing the steel window shutters from the frame and re-fixing after making serviceable complete in AKASH VIHAR area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Notes 1. The contractor shall make all arrangement for attending the different types of complaints on day to day basis. Any major item required to be replaced with new one, to make the system functional shall be measured and paid for separately as "S&F" under respective item of this schedule. 2.
