Supply of 3 Core x 35 Sq. mm., 3.3KV grade XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS : 7098:1988 (Part II) with the upto date amendment complete as required.

Supply of 3½ Core X 120 Sq.mm., 1.1 KV grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS : 7098:1988 (Part 1) with upto date amendment complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level, for LT cable) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Laying of 1 no. 63 mm dia OD DWC Pipe along with all accessories like sockets, bends, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cutting and jointing etc. direct in ground including excavation, trenching (80 cm below ground level, for HT cable) and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required. (Only DWC pipe shall be provided by AAI and all above accessories shall be in the scope of the contractor).

Laying of 1 no. 63 mm dia OD DWC Pipe along with all accessories like sockets, bends, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cutting and jointing etc. direct in ground including excavation, trenching (75 cm below ground level, for LT cable) and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required. (Only DWC pipe shall be provided by AAI and all above accessories shall be in the scope of the contractor).

Laying of 1 no. 63 mm dia OD DWC Pipe along with all accessories like sockets, bends, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cutting and jointing etc. in existing culvert duly clamped (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp) on its wall etc. complete as required. (Only DWC pipe shall be provided by AAI and all above accessories shall be in the scope of the contractor).

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on surface of wall/ culvert etc. as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm. (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm. (clamped with 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 3.3 KV grade of 3 core x 35 sq.mm.size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE/ DWC pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ HDPE/ DWC pipe as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm.

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 3.3 KV grade of 3 Core x 35 Sq. mm. size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres as required.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3 core x 35 sq.mm. size, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 3.3 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for 3 Core x 35 Sq.mm. size, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 3.3 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Installation of Feeder Pillar on ground by excavating the earth and providing PCC (1:2:4) pedestal (foundation) of size 800 mm. x 500 mm. x 450 mm. (depth) alongwith making suitable provision for cable entry/ exit in the pedestal and refilling the earth etc. as required.
