HA-268 and HA-269 as per Drgn. Nos BLR-41 and BLR-45 with test certificates of mechanical & chemical properties of materials as per IBR norms , as per modified design of Headers including related civil construction work and following details :- a) Top & Bottom side wall header (as per Drg. No. BLR-41 ) (04 Nos. in each Boiler) Note:- i) Material- SA 106 Gr B / BS 3602 HFS 23 ii) Development Length- 3460.8 mm iii) working Pressure- 24.5 Kg/cm² iv) Hydraulic Test Pressure- 36.8 Kg/cm² v) Make- MSL,JINDAL,TATA,ISMT vi) Wall Thickness -As per reference Drg. No. BLR-41 08 Nos. b) Upper Front wall header (as per Drg. No. BLR-45 ) (01 Nos. in each Boiler) Note:- i) Material- SA 106 Gr B ; BS 3602 HFS 23 ii) Development Length-3810 mm iii) working Pressure- 24.5 Kg/cm² iv) Hydraulic Test Pressure- 36.8 Kg/cm² v) Make- MSL,JINDAL,TATA,ISMT vi) Wall Thickness -As per reference Drg. No. BLR-41 02 Nos. Note: i) Our Existing Design of Header containing oval caps has to be modified with round hand holes/Nipples. ii) Civil Material (Fire Bricks, Fire Cement, Fireclay, Castable Refractory etc.) will be in Mills scope. 1.02 Labour rate regarding Civil work of Construction and replacement of Boiler no.2 (HA-269) Furnace Roof (Dumping Grate -Horse shoe type), as per our existing design in IBR ways. Note: Civil Material (Fire Bricks, Fire Cement, Fireclay, Castable Refractory etc.) will be in Mills scope. 01 Nos.
