Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.50 mtrs in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.50 mtr. Including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtrs from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in: All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering – all work upto plinth level.1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 fine sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)incl. All carriages loading, un-loading stacking etc complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).with 20% boulders including all carriages

Providing and laying damp proof course 50mm thick with cement concrte 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)For flooring of drain including all carriages

Providin.9 and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centenng. shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level 1.1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing incl. welding of G.I.Pipes complete Job.

Strctural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G. I limpet washers or with G. I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whereever required 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 27 5gm/m2
