Racking out & drawing out of VCB from HT panel after tripping the VCB manually & keeping the VCB in a workable position inside the room.

Taking out the P.T. (11 KV/110V) HT VCB Panel and thorough cleaning, washing the interior portion with carbon tetachloride after taking out the from P.T. housing and re-fifling the same after the desired IR. value and re-fixing the P.T. complete and testing and commisining as per direction of E.I.C

Repairing, Srevicing & Overhauling of VCB (mechanism portion).

Removing of pitting from H.T. contacts by filing & dry cotton cloth & cleaning the main V & finger contact with CTC/CRC & hot oil jet & after discharging the store charges using discharg earth rod.

Supply and delivery of resin cast 11 KV 100/50/5/5A dual core dual ratio 15 VA C.T. ISI brand

Supply & fitting fixing with proper connection & testing by suitable instruments of Reputed make triple pole IDMTL type combined Over-current & earth fault Relay type CDG-61 with instantaneous high set setting. Two nos over-current element at the outer poles have O/C setting 50-200% & instantaneous high set setting 250-2000% continuously adjustable. The earth fault element at the centre will have O/C setting range 10-40% or 20-80% & instantaneous high set setting range of 100-800% continuously adjustable. The Relay will be flush/projection mounted on the front side of the panel thereby making suitable arrangement including all necessary materials & will be hosed in horizontal draw out case.

Internal control circuit wiring including necessary connection with sockting & end finishing by 1.1 KV grade 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated single core Cu Flexible wire (make Finolex/ KDK)

Dismantling, Servicing, cleaning, testing, re-fifling and calibration of the Each feeder consist of Relay type- 2nos over current relay and one no earth fault relay 11 KV panel.

Discharging the primary and secondary side of transformer properly by earth rod. Open out all the cables from HT & LT side making proper tag marking of all cables.

Dismantling of top cover, side cover, gourd bar, tap-changing switch handel etc of the transformer.

Thorough cleaning & removing of dust from Core & coil assembly, tap changing switch etc by CTC with the help of soft brush, clean cloth with hot air jet pressure arter dismantling of HV & LV connection from bushing terminal end of inside transformer as per direction of EIC.

Re- insulation all the HT coil lead properly with HT insulating tape, vernish etc, and testing of primary & secondary coil resiatance, IR value with respect to earth & H.V test etc, and after completion of test terminate all the cable leads as per existing way and refixing the top cover, side cover gourd bar, tap changing switch handeletc of the transformer after cleaning properly and as per direction of EIC

Supply of new HT & LT bushing

Spray painting of outside surface of the transformer with one coat red oxide primer & two coat of synthetic enameled make after proper cleaning of the said transformer.

Repairing and calibration of temperature scaner of transformer

Testing Ang Commissioning Of Transformer As Per Direction Of EIC
