Charges for dismantling Heat Exchanger and its constituent channel plates 200 Nos completely by dismantling the pressure frame, through cleaning of channel plates by removing the scale, sediments, mud etc., checking the channel plates if any damages and changing if necessary, reassembling the Heat Exchanger plates one by one after cleaning, Painting of end plates with two coats of enamel paint, tightening the pressure frame into the original position and commissioning the Heat Exchanger.
Charges for checking and removing the loosened gasket plates from the heat exchanger assembly, peeling out the channel gasket from the plate completely, removing the layer of old glue from the removed gasket and groove of the plate by applying suitable remover, applying the gasket cement on the groove evenly, pasting the gasket over the plates, removing the excess glue, curing the gasketted plate by applying the load including the cost of consumables like gasket cement, brush, cloth, T&P etc.,
Charges for cleaning A.C.W tank by removing the sediments and cleaning the rust, removal of the oil films deposited on the wall surface of the tank with suitable cleaning agent, flushing the tank painting inner & outer surface of tank with two coats of enamel paint, including the cost of consumables like cleaning powder, paint etc.,
Charges for fabrication/machining of 300NB MS dummy plates by gas cutting, drilling, surface finishing etc., as per required dimension including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P etc..
Pressure testing of Plate type Heat exchanger in sea water side, ACW side individually and combinedly for a hydraulic pressure of 8 Ksc
