galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The workshall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directionsof the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing of 2 feet X 2 feet, 33/36W (approx) LED panel light alongwith suitable driver in false ceiling including necessary connections from the nearby point wiring by providing suitable length of 3X1.5Sq.mm FRLS Wires in flexible conduit not morethan 3 mtrs for each light as per the instruction and directions of E-I-C. This includes cost of materials, transport, labour, tools & plants, ladder, taxes etc complete.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position 18 mm thick water proof ply of approved make for cupboard shutters/shelves/ partitions/frame work including edge moulding with 3mm thick PVC tape on all four edges of shutter and fixing fixtures such as hings, tower bolts, handles, magnetic catchers , locks etc. ( fixtures shall be paid separately in the respective items )with the cost of Fevicol, Nails/screws etc and cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Area of 18 mm thick water proof ply including beading fixed shall be measured for payment.)

Supplying, and fixing in position 1mm thick decorative lamination sheet of approved shade and colour & approved make including fixing either single or two pieces in combination different colour/pattern to the plywood with Synthetic Resign of fevicol and cleaning the surface all complete with cost of materials, labour, tools plants, scaffolding all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, and fixing in position 0.8mm thick lamination sheet of white colour of approved make including fixing the same of the plywood with Synthetic Resign of fevicol and cleaning the surface all complete with cost of materials, labour, tools plants, scaffolding all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing vertical blinds with 100 mm width polyster synthetic fabric of best quality of approved make and color with all necessary accessories like web cord, tilting rod, nylon rope etc., including cutting into sizes fixing in position complete with cost of materials, labour, transport and as per manufactures/ recommendation and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Supllying and fixing following Fitting & fixtures to the cup board shelves complete with cost of materials, labour, tools plants, all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing rubber wall corner guards of min. width 25mm & 10mm min. thick of best quality of approved make and color including scraping of existing paint to wall with all necessary accessories to the existing wall corners by using premium adhesive. including cutting into sizes fixing in position complete with cost of materials, labour, transport and as per manufactures/ recommendation and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing Aluminium poweder coated Mosquito door of min size of the Al.frame 1.75" x 0.75" x 1.0mm thick with SS 304 grade Mesh of Aperture 1.4mm & 0.50mm dia. wire with providing and fixing of Al. handles-2 Nos, Magnet catchers- 2 Nos, Al. powder coated min. Hinges min size 40mm- 3 Nos with all accessories complete with cost of materials, labour, transport and as per manufactures/ recommendation and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Wall painting with Premium acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on old work

Supplying, laying and fixing in position 1.5 mm thick PVC sheet for flooring and skirting of approved shade and make to be laid on mosaic flooring using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacturer including cost of Materials, labour, wastage, taxes etc,. all complete as direction of officer in charge

Providing & fixing Roller blinds of approved design of approved make. The system shall be chain operated roller system utilising a bi directional wrap spring clutch. Fabric shall be attached to the tube with an adhesive strip. Roller tube shall be extruded aluminum having thickness 1.50 mm and end plugs shall be spring loaded for easier installation complete with cost of material, labour, transportaion, and as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing sun control film to the window glass panes of best quality approved make and colour including cutting into sizes fixing in position complete complete with cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursable on production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms.
