Replacement of 02 Nos. ball bearing No. 6226 fitted with boom top hoist pulleys of 25 Ton EL Mukand crane No. 3 at Haddo wharf including cost of fabrication of suitable working platform with MS Plates, MS Angles etc., removal of wire ropes from the hoist pulley, dismantling of the pulley from the existing structure, checking and attending lathe work if required to the damaged portions of the pin, replacing the 02 Nos. damaged ball bearing with new one, re-assembling the pulley at its original position, testing checking of the performance of the pulley after completion of the repairs/replacement works including cost of gas (Oxygen & acetylene) welding electrodes, welding equipments and gas welding equipments, minor tools and plants, GST, labour charges, transportation charges etc., but excluding cost of steels such as MS plates, MS angles, MS Channels of required sizes, ball bearings (FAG No. 6226), pulleys providing machineries such as Mobile Cranes/Shore Crane/Forklift/JLG which will be supplied/provided by the department on free of cost.
