Removing dry or OBD or water proofing cement paint etc by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Two or more coats) on new surface including applying a priming coat with cement primer.

Providing & fixing ISI marked flush door shutters non decorative type, core block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood & well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands & face veneers on both faces of shutters -30 mm thick including ISI marked bright finished MS butt hinges with necessary screws including applying a coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x 600 mm (8-10 mm thick) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make (Johnson/RAK/Kajaria) in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 10 Kg/Sqm. (4 mm thick) glass panes including black enamelled ISI marked M.S butt hinges with necessary screws. Second Class Teak wood 35mm thick shutters including applying a coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). All work upto floor V level.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade. Old steel work (One or more coats)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape racking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand). Internal/External.

Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or bricks, in cement by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) • including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material outside the University Campus. (The cost of the new tiles or brick excluded).

Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0mm thick glass panes

Steel work in built up tubular round, square or rectangular including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac) including welding and bolting with special shaped washers etc.complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and Fixing Polycarbonated Sheet 8-10mm thick of superior quaility with J or L Hooks and washers etc. as required complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

50mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand . : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry

Providing Nu-wood 18mm thick (interior grade ISI mark) fixed to M.S steel frame with nuts bolts and washers, including cost of nut bolts and washers, applying a priming coat with wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). Nothing extra on account of wastage shall be paid

P/F Aluminium Sheet of approved quality with necessary screws/nails etc.

Providing and Fixing 6mm thick Ply (Green/Century Make) for repair of door shutters including cost of nails/fevicol, and applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).
