M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with liquid WPC @ 150 ml per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions ( WPC will be measured and paid separately), finished even and smooth without using extra cement for laying APP mebrane, complete all as specifed and directed at site.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound, Make:- Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW+ or equivalent.Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm incluiding cleaning the surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or ferracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3.Complete all as speciied and directed.
