Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one Part of cement, four Part of M- Sand and Eight Part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Collection and supply of well gravel from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.,complete

Special ceiling Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:3 Mix (one Cement, Three M- Sand ) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications-10 m2.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M- Sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Paving the floor with Granite slab 20mm thick in floors in CM 1:3, 20mm thick Granite slab of synthetic grey,paradise and similar varities with machine cut edges.

Painting two coats with approved Cement Paint over one coat of Primaring coat of Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.
