PRCC Fencing Poles Height 2.0 m PRE STRESSED RCC FENCING POLES Type- Straight Length - 2.00 m Dimensions - Bottom 10x10 cm square, Cement Concrete Mix- Concrete Mix Shall be conforming to grade M-15 of IS:456:2000 Reinforcement - There Shall be 4 Nos. of vertical reinforcement of high tesile steel wire of 4 mm dia. Holes Hooks - 6 nos, bottom hole should be provided 50 cm above the bottom of the poles, The central distance betbeen the top and bottom holes shall be equally divided for remaining holes. J Hook shall be of 6mm dia MS Bar with proper threads at one end nut and washer for tightening purpose. These J bolts shall be pass through the holes of poles. Manufacturing- In order to ensure desired compressive strength, RCC fencing poles should be compacted with the help of platform vibrators. Surface should be uniform and free from voids. The concrete cover over the reinforcement should not be less than 1.5 cm. Standard - Conforming to IS 4996:1984 with up to date amendments.
