1 The Price bid shall be read in conjunction with the complete Bidding Documents including Corrigenda/Addenda issued in accordance with Instructions to Bidders (ITB) clause-08.

2 Price Bid shall be uploaded online on the e-bidding portal as mentioned in clause-03 of IFB. Bidder shall quote tariff per kWh in the BoQ of Price Bid for the service defined in Part-II of Bid Document. Bidder shall download the excel file and quote against each blue cells as per instructions given and shall upload the file without any changes.

3 Bidder is required to quote Total Project cost excluding O&M for the scope of work Quoted by the Bidder (Rs./ MWp) without GST" in the Annexure A. Initial Cost: - Cost quoted by the bidder or total cost calculated as per Rs 3.6 Cr per MWp without GST, whichever is lower.

4 General Requirements

4.1 All duties, taxes including Goods and Services Tax (GST), royalties, cess and other levies payable by the Bidder under the Contract, or for any other cause, as on the date 28 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids, shall be included in the unit rates (Tariff) per kWh submitted by the Bidder.

4.2 Payment shall be made electronically in the account of the Contractor as per the details provided by the Contractor. All payments, will be subject to deduction of tax at source in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Income tax Act and any other applicable law, including any Withholding Taxes etc. BOCW Cess shall be applicable on Contract Price.

4.3 Bidder may please note that to perform this contract, nothing extra shall be payable on account of field constraints, non-availability of uninterrupted front, cost of project management, monitoring, coordination and supervision, cost of adhering to quality requirements (QA/QC), cost of adhering to SHE requirements, cost of preparing drawings and documents, as-built records and documentation, preparation of detailed scheme for taking necessary clearance and approval from the concerned authority and other local bodies etc.

4.4 The Contractor may raise their ‘On Account’ payments on monthly basis as per the Energy generation for the month upto the last day of the respective month after successful Commissioning of Plant .

5 Price Bid shall be uploaded online on the e-bidding portal as mentioned in clause 1.2(k) of IFB. Bidder shall download the excel file and quote against each blue cells as per instructions given and shall upload the file without any changes.

6 Method of Quoting the Price in the Pricing Document:

The Pricing Document is in Excel Format and the Quoting the Price in the Financial bid Document should be as Follows:

(i) Whole Excel Worksheet is Locked except the Cells which are highlighted in Blue in BoQ and Letter of Price Bid.

(ii) Bidders are required to fill these cells which are highlighted in Blue only.

(iii) Unit rate per KWH has already mention at Cell F13 of sheet BOQ, Bidder's required to select "At Par" in cell H13 of sheet BOQ, if do not want to offer any % discount, or select "Less" in cell H13 of sheet BOQ, if want to offer any % discount in Cell N13 of sheet BOQ.

(iii)The Bidder shall quote Tariff as single percentage "less/at par" in figures on base Tariff as per format in the ‘BOQ’. Failure to quote the “% less” or “at par” for the total Tariff shall be treated as “at par” irrespective of any figure in percentage (if indicated) and shall be evaluated accordingly.

(iv) Payment of Currency shall be Indian Rupees Only.

(v) Bidder shall also complete the details (such as Name of the Authorized Signatory, Designation, Name of the Bidder and Date) in the cells E27, E28, E29 & E30 of the Letter of Price Bid.

(f) We understand that this bid, together with your written acceptance thereof included in your notification of award, shall constitute a binding contract between us, until a formal contract is prepared and executed.

(g) We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest evaluated bid or any other bid that you may receive.

(h) We agree to permit NCRTC or its representative to inspect our accounts and records and other documents relating to the bid submission and to have them audited by auditors appointed by NCRTC. We agree to permit NCRTC, and the persons or entities designated by it, or authorized according to its respective policies, to inspect and copy all our accounts, and other documents relating to the bid submission and to have them audited by auditors appointed by NCRTC.

(i) We have not made any deviations from the requirement of the bidding document and we have also not made any tampering or changes in the bidding documents on which the bid is being submitted and if any tampering or changes are detected at any stage, we understand the bid will invite summary rejection and forfeiture of bid security/the contract will be liable to be terminated along with forfeiture of performance security, even if LOA has been issued.
