S&F non skid coloured ceramic tiles area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm and 7mm thick as in floor set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

All as per item No 04 above but as in skirting including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair PVC flushing cistern of 10 ltr capacity valveless, symphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including flush pipe of 32mm bore PVC and connection to pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair stainless steel sink with drainage board made out of 1mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washer, waste pipe etc including cast iron brackets, connecting union over all size 915mm X 460mm with bowl size 410mm X 330mm X 160mm complete.

S & F in in repairs CP waste coupling 32mm size half threaded with 130mm height completed as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs angle valve ,stop valve, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated with long shank & cup (concealed type) with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 15mm bore.

S&F in repairs pillar tap, fancy type,cast copper alloy, chromium plated, with capston heads screwed down, high pressure with or without lettered hot or cold with long screwed shames and fly nuts, screwed for 15mm bore pipe

S&F in repairs long body bib taps, cast copper alloy, fancy type with crutchor butterfly handles, chromium plated, screwed down to iron pipes or for brass ferrule of 15mm bore.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified and directed as under (a) cleaning the exisiting RCC sunken slab and vertical wall/RCC beam and hacking the surface (b) 15 mm thick plastering over the floor & vertical surface in CM 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 per 50 kg of cement trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement (c) Filling the sunken portion with water for 72 hrs and carrying out the ponding test. (Any leakage/seepage noticed shall be repaired) (d) Applying two coats of elastometric acrylic water proof coating make : Dr Fixit of pidilite,Tapecrete from Cico or equivalent in sika as per sqm in each coat with roller application (Note: each coat of elastomeric acrylic compound requires 6-8 hrs to dry up itself second coat shall be applied on getting the first coat completely dired up. Min quantity required for coating as per manufacture instruction) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in mass concrete in floors and sunken portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick walls incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth ( without using extra cement) complete all as specified

M&L for rendering CM (1:4) 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering CM (1:4) 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces of ceiling, even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer incl 3mm thick elastomeric wall care putty on walls complete all as spd.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coats of weather coat over a coat of primer and 3mm wall care putty complete all as spd.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on wall/ceiling surfaces incld preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters(without taking off shutters from the frames) and remove to store.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masnory, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and percast concrete articles.

M&L for Brick work with subclass B bricks(best quality) , staright or curved on plan exc 6.00 mtr mean redius, built in 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking of 100mm dia drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforcement concrete) set in cement mortar all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends, including removing for concrete and refixing with 1:2:4, type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) or in 1:3 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110 mm dia bore pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, including necessary PVC clamps for fixing of pipes.

M&L for type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in chajjas, suspended slab etc, including necessary formwork all as specified as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surface of any despcription over 10 cm in width or girth and applying varnishing over a coat of filler coat of thin varnish to the existing hand rail at staircase and balcony and verandha complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, complete all as specified.

S&F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter with Particle Board Core, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm prelam PVC Sheet on back face, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge

S&F 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core & plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, including preparaion of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete as specified and as directed.

S&F Ist class soft glazed and skeleton 35mm thick shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauze etc (with out sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/ wire cloth incl galvanized steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 0.18mm and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing windows/ ventilators fabricated from 0.60mm thick roll formed section made of galvanised steel powder coated (Base steel as per IS-513"D" quality) galvanised as per IS-277 with ZINC of 120GM/SQM . Windows /ventilators having frame suitable for dual shutter i.e. inner and outer shutter with grill, glazed shutter with 4.0mm thick glass, mesh shutter with 32 gauge stainless steel mesh, 6mmx12mm flat iron with 10mm square bar M.S. grill and all fitting, fixtures accessories complete as specified and shown in drawing No CEAF/STD-191/2014, sheet 1/2 & 2/2 dated 11.12.14(4000 series), complete all as specified and direted by Engr-in-Charge. (i) Glazed shutter with 4.00mm thick glass, Mesh shutter with 32 gauge stainless mesh and M.S. grill as per above mentioned drawing deemed to be inclusive in the rate quoted for unit. (ii) Glass, stainless steel mesh will be fixed to window by authorised rep of manufacture of window only. (iii) Including 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete.

S&F 100 mm size butt hinges extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin anodised and fixed type C-21 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Taking out of APP modified water proofing membrane complete on roof surface and surface properly cleaned by wire brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete in roof kerb and pcc benching in cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) 15 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) using Water proofing compound as per manufracturers instruction (b) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (c) Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 kg/ sqm. (d) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame.Note:- This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantee of treatement shall be for 10 years.

M&L for Brick work with subclass B bricks, staright or curved on plan exc 6.00 mtr mean redius, built in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Virified Ceramic light shade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match flooring( in any pattern) and jointed with neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 and pointed with coloured cement matching with surfaces of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as above item No-58 but as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting/dado incl 10mm thick cement plaster (1:4) as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for false ceilings using GI snap grid system with roll-formed out of hot dip galvanised steel caping (powder coated) main runner 38 x 24 mm , cross Tee 29 x 24 mm and wall angle 24 x 24 mm members suspended with 4mm dia GI wire, carry maximum load up to 8.10 Kg/Sqm with 4mm thick designer ceiling board , pre painted Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions size 595 x 595mmx 4mm thick any texture (Lake and Hill, oceaniccascade or Electra) as approved by GE all as per , Everest Ceiling grid system 'Regular T-2430' or its equivalent make of "'Ramco, Charminar/Armstrong'' at any height including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M &L for PVC profile for wall panelling colour / shade as approved size 250mm wide, 08 mm over all thick with 1 mm wall thickness fixed with screw to mild steel square ( size 20mmx 20mmx 1mm thick) tubler frame work including one coat of red oxide primer, fixed to walls including dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PVC profile corner beading L/T type for wall panelling, colour/shade matching with wall panelling complete all as specified and as directed

S&F aluminium frame powder coated any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. including taking down each chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified

S&F aluminium powder coated an (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) as in window and ventilator shutters, sliding type three track, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber packing, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F 12mm thick particle board prelaminated on both sides as in panel of door shutters partition wall, work stations including beading etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair aluminium deco grills confirming to DG-104 grade all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick on ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for preparation on new or previously untreated wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces over putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of approved shade of oil emulsion distemper, including repairing of pot holes and cracks with putty,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 150mm long floor door stopper of brass body and tongue with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified.

S&F Aluminium(extruded section body) Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as directed and specified.

S&F mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spiraly hooping ends binding with and including mild steel wire (aneealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT bars complete all as specified.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified.

All as above item No 114 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 8mm for stirrups complete all as specified.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid to slop of 1:12, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 6 mm wide joints through out the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three part of fine sand by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified.

S&F 150 mm bore/Inner Dia double wall corrugated HDPE pipes (SN8) in any length , laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil all as specified.

M & L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub base of floor finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade laid over and including 25mm sand cuission complete all as specified.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring light ,fan, light fittings,socket or power complete, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe costudy or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditioned separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade cable with multi strand copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm FRLS (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit, medium grade, ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, concealed in wall, ceiling with GI saddles GI screws, rawl plugs (concealed conduit wiring) with all fittings including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of pressed steel terminal modular box powder coated of suitable size for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) complete all as specified. Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete

Taking down including disconnecting the electric connection of exhaust fan and dismantling blades and depositing in store/ for refixing.

Fixing only Exhaust fan received from item No above and connecting up including fastner and provision of suitable size of copper cable from connector of fans to ceiling rose complete.

M&L for taking down existing geyser carefully without damaging of any capacity from bathroom and to be kept in safe custody untill completion of finishing work and re-fixing the same after completion of finishing work including cleaning the geyser and marking MES No, connecting,testing complete all specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement submain wiring with two run of 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size of multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS:694 marked and one run of 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable for earth continuty conductordrawn through and under suitable size of rigid non metallic PVC conduit , medium grade, ISI marked ( not less than 20 mm dia) complete with all acessories and fittings all laid/fixed concealed in also include the specified runs of specified size earth continuity conductor of similar type cable complete all as specified Note: - 2 Runs of 4.0 Sqmm single core and one run of 4.0 sqmm single core cable as earth wire including PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for taking down serviceable SP/SPN MCBs carefully without damaging of any size from various specifications from coridor/passages and rooms and to be kept in safe custody untill completion finishing work and re-fixing the the same including cleaning and connecting,testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA, 240 volt 'C' Series all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB distribution board with Bus bar 200A neutral link , earth bar made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface mounting SPN 8 way 230 volts double door type regal gray horizontal type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- MCB shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm,35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete.

S&F stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S& F sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed 4 sqmm cable 1100 volts FRLS grade with multi strand copper conductor and drawn through and including PVC conduit along with continuous earthing wire but in green colour complete concealed and connected to common earth dolly of the following size. Note : Three run of PVC cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length. (a) 4 Sq.mm ( 2 single run of 4 Sqmm and one run of 4 Sqmm as earth wire)

(b) 6 Sq.mm ( 2 single run of 6 Sqmm and one run of 6 Sqmm as earth wire)

(c) 10 Sq.mm ( 4 single run of 10 Sqmm and one run of 10 Sqmm as earth wire)

Supply and fix load line vertical distribution board 'A' frame made out of CRCA sheet,double door, surface mounting TPN 4 way 415 volts 200 Amps rated bus bar and stove enamels dust and vermin proof suitable for MCCB as incomer and MCB as outgoing comlete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:-Legrand Cat No- 5077 47 or equivalent in Havells/ L&T Note :- MCCB/MCB shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F MCB SPN 32 Amps 10 KA, 240 volt 50 Hz 'C' Series all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers earth pit surrounded by picked layer of coal dust and 15 mm thick mixture in equal ratio of magnesium sulphate & copper sulphate in all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate NO 5 of SSR Part I (1991) and connecting to earthing test point, including CI cover, frame and PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and framing including necessary earth work etc, complete all as specified Note :- PCC chamber shall be constructed at least one meter away from building shall be provided in slanting manner. Note :- PCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4 type B-I 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 Kg per sqm in liew of CI)
