Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 (Local Earth) & Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Brick soling with straight overburnt bricks laid on edge including preparation of subgrade to required camber and including supply of bricks, filling joints with local earth spreading a blind coat of 1cm(3/8") depth of local earth P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labours, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. APPROACH ROAD Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 (Local Earth) & Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compecting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base. & Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub base, cement @ 4% by weight to the place with rotavator and compecting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base. & Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 & Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. & Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.
