Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floor & paving not exc. 15 cm thick (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade / colour / matrix of the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified tiles not less than 8.50 mm thick with double charge (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm and n exc 0.38 of each tile in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement and pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified tiles not less than 8.50 mm thick with double charge (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm and n exc 0.38 of each tile as in skirting/ dado laid over 10mm thick rendering of mortar in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade/ colour/ matrix of the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and applying a glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system including prepration of surface of sunken portion and M & L for glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system as Top coat: SikaTop Seal-107 @ 1.5 kg/m2 over reinforcement: Sika Fab-1 over base coat: SikaTop Seal-107 @ 1.5 kg/m2 etc including Supply and apply a protection plaster (12 – 15 mm) admixed with appropriate integral waterproofing compound Sika Plastocrete Plus @0.10 kg per bag of cement. The product should conform to IS 2645, system should have compressive strength : 20 N/mm2; bond strength : 2.0 N/mm2 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement & pigment conforming to IS 15658- 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade & polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of plants & shrubs girth not less than 3 cm including roots by dismentling of brick work, PCC/ RCC work including necessary scaffolding any type in any location/ position (i.e) roof, parapet wall, near pipes etc. after removal of roots, trees, scrubs etc from any location of wall and making good to the disturbed portion using PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) and 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) including applying acid after removing roots for preventing the regrowth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on concrete/ brick surface in cement mortar (1:4) surface finished even and smoooth without using extra cement and using liquid WPC complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall with one coat of alkali resistant primer, and applying two coats of anti fungal paint (weather coat) white or coloured by using roller, including necessary scaffoldings up to 2th storey height of building complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully ceiling fans of any make, model and capacity from their existing places for replacement of bush, bearing, capacitor, servicing (i.e) lubricating / greasing and for rewinding/ painting by dismantling the same and keep the blades, canopy, split pin and other parts and components in safe custody and hanging / fitting on previous position after repair/ rewinding/ painting/ replacement of spares etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- i) The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for the labour element involved in replacing the spares. (ii) The spares replaced shall be measured and paid as supply only items herein below. (iii) The spares shall suit the exisiting makes of fans or as per existing make of spares, as approved by the GE. (iv) Rewinding and painting shall be measured and paid separately. Material and labour for painting by spraying with synthetic enamel paint to Ceiling Fans / Exhaust Fans/ Air Circulators wall mounted Fans/Floor mounted pedestal Fans including Blades/Down rods/ Canopy/Stand, Casing/ Cage and all accessories after preparation of surface including thoroughly rubbing /cleaning old rusted spot complete all as specified and as directed. Make of paint:- Asian / Berger / Jenson & Nicholson / Shalimar.

Material and labour for Rewinding of ceiling fans armature of 1200 mm /1400 mm sweep of any make & Model with replacing the burnt out winding by new super enameled high grade copper wire of existing gauge and number of turns and all insulating materials including heat varnishing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.139 above but for exhaust fan 230mm/ 300mm sweep, single phase, 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 139 above but for exhaust fan 450 mm sweep, three phase, 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair fan blades for exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for lathe work for worn out spindle of ceilling fan/ Exhaust Fan/ Air Circulators/ Wall mounting Fan of any sweep, make & Model with replacing the worn out spindle by new one of existing size and materials including testing for free motion of fans complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of incoming twin core copper flexible wire ( not more than 45cm) of size 14/0.0076 from ceiling rose to ceiling fan / exhaust fans complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 3 pin plug top 6 Amps for air circulator wall mounted fan/ floor mounted pedestal fans complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 3 pin plug top 16 Amps for air circulator wall mounted fan/ floor mounted pedestal fans complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 2.5 Mfd fan capacitor, 220V complete all as specified and directed.
