1.Construction of Waiting Hall building Near GDP Hall at Collectorate Campus in Tiruvallur.

Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS 20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand, silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and completed, cleaning and levelling the site etc., complete.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling M sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted - etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling of conveyed earth with a lead of 5Km for basement filling

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand, eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Upto Basement

Ground floor

Supply and fabrication of steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, cost of steel at site fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as as per design given and specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation

Upto Basement

Ground floor

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9"X43/8"X 23/4" standard specification including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost)

Upto Basement

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of M.S truss with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Providing and Fixing of polyurethane foam for Sloped roof as thermal insulation panels or Sandwich insulated panels with external 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted Galvalume sheet with trapezoidal roofing profile having crest height of 38mm at every 333mm span , whereas internal 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted galvanized iron sheet with micro ribbed profile and the insulation material will be chlorofluoro carbon and hydro chlorofluoro carbon free , high performance rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) conforming to IS 12436 having density not less than 40±2Kg/M3, Thermal conductivity (K-Value) 0.024 W/m.K measured at 10 degree C mean temperature along with necessary flashings such as L flashing, C flashing etc& accessories such as screws ,fastners ,sealants etc for fixing the panel etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing PVC Rain water down fall pipes of following dia meter etc., complete.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block (Surface Textured) Pavements having thickness 80mm and compacted over a thin bedding M.Sand layer of 30 mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine M.Sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads-2014 and Technical specification clause 1504

Electrical work

Supplying and fixing of 1200mm ( 48'' ) sweep AC ceiling fan complete with regulator with 1M down rod including S & F of fan clamp with side plates and cross arm etc, complete as per standard specifications SD 107

wiring with 2 * 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulate single core unsheathed FRLS including cost and of all labour charges as per standard specification Open point SD 7

wiring with 2 * 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor 1100 v grade insulate single core unsheathed FRLS including cost and of all labour charges as per standard specification Open Light & Fan point SD 17

GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction & Maintenance Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount (Both Construction and Maintenance) above this row in column "BB" for all works in this package} (Refer Clause 13.2 & 13.3 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
