REPAIR MAINT OF CENTRAL AC PLANT IN TECH / DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN GWALIOR

M&L for Inspection,servicing ,checking by authorised Representative of Blue Star Company of all connections of control wiring of microprocessor based AC compressors and compressor panel ,testing and calibration of compressor through panel for loading and unloading test on required set temprature(as specified by the user) of the compressor and some other priodical tests required of the plant as per menufaturer guideline for smooth functioning of plant and submit the test report and their recommendation/suggetions for better performance of (85 TR) Plants on their standard formate complete. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Descaling of condenser of 85TR Make BlueStar incl all connected piping etc. with -MEC solution incl roding, brushing including replacements of gaskets all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning, servicing, overhauling all component of Air Handling Unit including dismantling of side panel where as required, cleaning of heating & cooling coil with caustic soda solution, including welding/brazing, wherever required to arrest leakages, cleaning of Pre-Micro filters, replacing of vertical GI sheet supports, replacement of U/S foam insulation of best quality using adhesive substance to avoid cold air leakages,greasing of bearing and re-assembling all the dismantled components and other packing material to its original position as existing etc, with and including testing, commissioning of air handling unit of size up to 10000 CFM at optimum efficiency, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning, servicing, overhauling all component of Air Handling Unit including dismantling of side panel where as required, cleaning of heating & cooling coil with caustic soda solution, including welding/brazing, wherever required to arrest leakages, cleaning of Pre-Micro filters, replacing of vertical GI sheet supports, replacement of U/S foam insulation of best quality using adhesive substance to avoid cold air leakages,greasing of bearing and re-assembling all the dismantled components and other packing material to its original position as existing etc, with and including testing, commissioning of air handling unit of size up to 10000 CFM to 20000 at optimum efficiency, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Removing scale/sludge precipitated in the HWG Tank on the heating element and pipe, circulating the descaling solution in the pipe through the circulating pump and allows holding it for 30 minutes for chemical reaction. Ensure that descaling process has been completed , circulate clean water in the pipe continue till satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge testing complete of capacity upto 200 Kilowatt

Material and labour for Nitrogen leak test entire system of the AC plant of Cap upto 170 TR with Nitrogen gas. If found any leakage or reduction in the scale of pressure shall located and arrest the leakage immediately by soldering or an appropriate measure are to be taken to top the leakage permanently complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing & cleaning of the cooling tower of capacity up to 170 TR by applying wire brush, washing powder and other solvent by removing the deposited impurities such as silt, dust particles mud/ sand inside the dume and around the fins, cleaning of base tray & grills, pot stainer, main shaft etc. and other connected items, servicing of fan motor including changing of bearings and greasing refixing the fan, frill & top cover including painting of cooling tower with approved colour by scrapping outer sludges/paint complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for descaling of complete condenser units Quarterly for central/ package type AC plants of following capacities by means of adding descaling chemical solution (HCL) or equivalent into the cooling tower sump as per requirements, and running the plant pump continuously till all the scale of pipes/shell are removed including removing side covers of condenser and cleaning the water tubes by means of nylon brushes till the scaling is removed and re fixing of covers including replacement of neoprene rubber gasket and refixing pipe connection etc. all as specified and directed to complete satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. (a) Central AC Plant up to 170 TR Note : Qty of descalling will be measured in each quarter at interval of not less than 90 days

M & L for repairs of motorised fire/smoke dampers, supply/return air damper including replacement of controller for operation of motorised fire damper and control wiring, the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required.

S&F onside wall wet & dry bulb thermometer for A/C plant rooms contains red spirit filled in thermometers (non mercury), plastic molded case , item length minimum should be 24 inch complete all as specified and directed.
