Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 sq mm 3.5 core including cable lugs and heat shrinkable sleeve in panel completet all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of approved Authorised factory assembled sound proof encloser diesel generator set of totally enclosed and sound proof (with acoustic enclosure) of capacity 320 KVA, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, AC power supply with power factor 0.8, coupled directly to alternator mounted on common base plate complete with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and fittings, vibration pads, Necessary foundation as per manufacturer recommendations is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. all as specified and directed. The genset shall conform to Latest CPCB norms for noise and emission limits and including the following : (a) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 320 KVA net output at site after considering all derating factors, site conditions and at power factor 0.8, AC 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts, 50 cycles, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated, screen protected, drip proof IP-23 enclosure, brushless design, insulating class H, voltage regulation +/- 1% operated voltage from no load to full load and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation within +/- 3% tolerance, revolving field type. (b) DIESEL ENGINE: Adequate capacity diesel engine suitable to above alternator, radiator water cooled, to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions directly coupled to alternator multicylinder, multistroke, direct injection, cold starting, 1500 RPM, with an overload cap of 10% for 1 hour in any 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe running and operation with accessories shall be as under:- (i) Flywheel (ii)Air cleaner wet/dry type (iii) fuel Filter (iv) Fuel Injection system incl.injection pump, solenoid switch, nozzle as per manufacturer's specifications (v) Lubricating oil filter (vi) Lubricating oil pump (vii) Turbocharger (viii) Radiator

M&L for providing earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts & washers of copper and connecting to test point , providing charcoal and common salt ,all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 & as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of strata PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm), funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade and lugs, including copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm with GI protection pipe of 25 mm medium grade 7.5 meter long, etc complete all as specified.

M&L for providing earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm as earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers etc made of GI and connected to earthing test point, providing charcoal and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I of 2009 & as specified or indicated and testing on completion including exaction/earth work in any type of strata PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg/sqm), funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade and lugs, including galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm with GI protection pipe of 40 mm medium grade 7.5 meter long, etc complete all as specified.

S & F Steel work in tubular/hollow trusses/structure etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 and structural steel is painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, removing from site of earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, & providing PCC hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete and coping of poles incl necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
