SPL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF ACS, DESERT COOLER, WATER COOLER AGAINST BER UNDER GE NASIRABAD MIL STN AND PROVN OF 02 X HIGH MAST LIGHTS IN SOUTH CAMPUS OF NASIRABAD MIL STN UNDER GE NASIRABAD

Material & Labour for Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, 15 Mtr High galvanized mast light system (as per PLG 07 of ILP UK technical report no 7 of ILE UK /IS:875 Part-1 – 2015//BSEN10025/and IS:2062) consisting of totally hot dip galvanised by piece-wise single dipped method high mast, lantern carriage suitable for up to 9 no’s luminaries of 200W each with welded arm (excluding luminaires), mast head frame assembly with full cover, including 1 No. LED 15 Watts aviation obstruction lights, double drum type self-sustaining winch, integral power tool accessible from door with padlocking arrangement (winch motor with control circuit) hot dipped galvanised heavy duty pipe lightening finial, Stainless steel 6 mm dia. wire ropes (AISI 316, 7 / 19 construction 3 no. rope for lantern carriage & 2 no. rope for winch assembly ) foundation bolt, torque limiter, PR insulated PCP sheathed 5 core x 2.5 Sq.mm trailing cable, including outdoor type control panel for auto on / off, reverse / forward motor operation. The mast is constructed from mild steel plates (as per IS 5986 Gr. 510) cut and folded to form a polygonal section, telescopic jointed and welding as per BS 5135.etc. Height of High mast - 15 Mtrs

Trailing Cable ( Conductor/Type/Size) - Copper/EPR insulated PCP sheathed cotton braided/5CX4.0 sqmm

12. Flood Light 200W should be made of single piece PDC Housing with lens, & should have inbuilt potted driver with LED Drive current ≤750 MA & should be tested in in-house NABL accredited lab having total system lumens ≥26000 Lumens with system efficacy ≥130 LPW. Note :- (a) Complete RCC foundation of specification and size as specified by OEM for High Mast Light Pole is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (b) High Mast Light technical detail i.e. TDS, Design, Drawings etc. needs to be submitted before make approval.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized strip 32 X 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to OH conductor on pole/ Panel/ main switch board etc all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including provision galvanized strip protected by 40 mm bore, light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel, GI strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

S & F galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm burried in ground /passing through pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for test point terminal box made of gunmetal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal heads screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and testing in replacement of energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive with cast aluminum housing and high power efficient LED flood light 200 watt including driver suitable for working 220-240 volt, AC, 50 HZ with inbuilt power unit, toughened glass cover, IP65/66, 10KV SPD and wired with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable, XLPE insulated heavy duty 16 Sqmm, 4.0 Core armoured cable 1100 V grade, PVC sheathed ,multi stranded aluminium cable fix in pipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc including aluminium lugs at both ends of cable and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth for foundation ,laying of cables/pipes/poles etc., and getting out in soft/loose/any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding of 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed
