Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in 25mm dia, 2mmthick surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit with modular switch modular plate suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc.as required. In case of recess conduiting,conduits shall be recessed in wall/surface by cutting the wall and making good the same including painting, etc as required.

Wiring for light/power plug points with 2 x 4 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated, Cu. Conductor, single core cable including surface/ recessed medium class 25mm dia, 2mm thick PVC conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.In case of recess conduiting,conduits shall be recessed in wall/surface by cutting the wall and making good the same including painting, etc as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable including surface/ recessed medium class 25/32/40mm dia resp., 2mm thick PVC conduit as required.In case of recess conduiting,conduits shall be recessed in wall/surface by cutting the wall and making good the same including painting, etc as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box (recessed in the wall by cutting the wall and making good distured surface of walls & floors, etc) with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providng and fixing 2 Nos. 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 2 Nos. 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box (recessed in the wall by cutting the wall and making good distured surface of walls & floors, etc) with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 Amp modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Providing and fixing circular/ Hexagonal cast iron or M.S. sheet box for ceiling fan clamp, of internal dia 140 mm, 73 mm height, top lid of 1.5 mm thick M.S. sheet with its top surface hacked for proper bonding, top lid shall be screwed into the cast iron/ M.S. sheet box by means of 3.3 mm dia round headed screws, one lock at the corners. Clamp shall be made of 12 mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape as per standard drawing

TELEPHONES NETWORKING SYSTEM

Supplying and fixing of 25mm dia, 2mm thick ISI Mark medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

EARTHING SYSTEM

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe, including earth execavation and refilling and making good the same etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.As per IS 3043:1987

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick G.I. base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another copper/ G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/ sweating and soldering etc as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For horizontal run)

LT CABLES & CABLE TRAYS

Supplying, testing and commissioning of the following sizes of 1.1KV grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable conforming to IS : 7098 (Part-I). 3.5 core, 150 mm2 Armoured XLPE insulated Aluminum cable.

Laying of above mentioned XLPE insulated power cable of 1.1 KV grade direct in ground including excavation (400mm depth and 200mm depth), sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench and making good the distrubed surface of earth, etc as required as per relevant indian standard of earthing. Identification tags shall be provided for all cables and route markers for cables in ground as per specifications and as per instructions of Engineer Incharge.

LT PANNEL

Design, fabrication, Assembling of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Main Panel of cubical main type panel board from high quality 14 SWG 2mm wall thickness CRCA sheet angle/flat iron mounted with hinged lockable front double door for each meter compartment to accomadate with fixing arrangement of MCCB's, ATS, MCB's along with bus bar ways in separate compartments painted with powder coated conforming to CPWD specification IP-55 .The LT Distribution panel must be free standing ,floor mounting and front execution type suitable for 415 V +/- 3% , 3 phase and neutral ,50 Hz system conforming I.E rules with necessary provision to connect cables of various sizes from the rear bottom side., 50 Hz, 4 wire power supply system.The assembly comprising of chassis ,famework, and fixed parts of metal casing of the switchgear shallbe provided with separte earthing terminal.The formation must be compartmentalised in form 3b construction and must be supplied and installed.

Supplying and fixing of LT Panel accessories of approved make in existing LT Panel including connections etc.as required as per spececification. (I). 1No. of 300A FP MCCB , 36 kA breaking capacity with microprocessor release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.
