Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.Sand) using country bricks of size 23cm X 11cm X 7cm for thr Following including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 20 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix to 20 mm thick Mixed with water proof compound conforming to BIS 2% by weight of cement used including finishing curing etc., complete in all floors complying with standand specification

Paving the floor with best quality verified tiles of size 800 X 800 X 10 mm of Approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortor 1:3 20 mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., completed complying with standard specificatio. ( the make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by executive engineer before use on works)

Surface preparation including cleanig the joint to be free dust and loose partices. Providing masking tape on either side of the joint edges and providing sealing the tiles gap with epoxy tile joint grout and finishing neatly and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate inclusive of cost of materials labour etc., complete.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished granite stone slabs of size 1200 X 600 X of 18/20mm thick of synthetic grey, Paradise and similar varities with machine cut adges laid over a cement mortor bed of 20 mm thick using cement mortor 1:3 fixing the slab with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer Concerned before use on work etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly Plastered wall surface with surface wih ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putt

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of stainless steel handrails for staircase near wet riser using 50mmdia 304L grads stainleess pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L grade stainless pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railling.
