Dismantling wall and ceiling board ( fibre, pulp or insulation etc) or insulation boards/blankets/slabs,any thickness incl cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position in unframed work.

M& L for S&F 12mm thick gypsum plaster board flame proof conforming to IS-2095 1982 to fix as suspended ceiling with one step and including frame consisting perimeter channel 20x27x30x0.5 mm intermediate channel 45 (WEB) X1.5 (flange)X 0.90mm @ 1.22 M C/C with ceiling angle 25x10x0.5 mm fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fastner, ceiling section 51.5 (knurled Web x26 (flange) with lips of 10.5 mm x0.5mm @ 610mm C/C nec clip, screw, nylon sleeves etc complete and apply two coats of oil bound distemper on ceiling over preparation surface complete as sepcified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for grid false ceiling GI system powder coated prelude (main runner sec 32x24x0.30x3600mm, cross tee 25x24x0.30x1200mm, wall angle 24x24x0.40x3000mm) and including providing and fixing 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building board size 595x595mm fixed in ceiling frame work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F for grid false ceiling GI system powder coated prelude (main runner sec 32x24x0.30x3600mm, cross tee 25x24x0.30x1200mm, wall angle 24x24x0.40x3000mm) and including providing and fixing 12mm thick Ceiling tiles of make Armstrong brand "DUNE RH99 (Bevelled/Tegular) size 600x600mm fixed in ceiling frame work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note :- (i) Ceiling tiles shall be of make Armstrong brand "DUNE RH99 (Bevelled/Tegular)" or equivalent brand of make as specified in particular specifications. (ii) Thickness of GI section shall not be less than 3mm and shall be procured from the tile manufacturer. (iii) Section and hanging system shall have galvanizing of minimum 90 grams per square metre and of same make of tile. (iv) Work shall be executed by the manufacturer's authorised Vendor.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 2nd class hard wood plain fillets square, rectangular or trangular in section , clean sawn se-cured with nails or beads area exc 6 and n.exc 13 sqcm.complete all as specified and as ditected.

M&L for Second class hard wood timber framed and fixed in scantling, wrought.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of any description n exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint on new wooden surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), and rubbish off premises etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L non-skid ceramic coloured tiles joint free 7 to 8 mm thick( square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floor set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar (1:6) complete. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of screed bed.

M&L 450mmX300mm X 7-8 mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match over & including 10mm thick backing coat in cement and sand mortar (1:4) complete. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of backing coat.

M&L for powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for windows and ventilator with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21, 100mm long (2 no.), handle 100mm size (1 no.), 75mm tower bolt (01 No) complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Sheet glass and wire cloth shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) Frame shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium grill ( transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved powder coated aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer in-charge

S & F in replacement in positions railing using Stainless steel plain pipes of 38mm dia as hand rail, 25mm dia as middle horizontal member (height of Railing approximate 1 metre) vertical member fixed with hammer type fastenes in granite/slab etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Grade of stainless steel pipe shall be S-304. (ii) For payment purpose standard weight of pipe only shall be considered. (iii) For fixing of pipe in concrete/Granite hammer type fasteners of appropriate size shall be provided and as fastener portion shall be covered with stainless steel cap of appropriate size.

S & F Mild steel framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shoulded, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 fixed to aluminium windows/ventilators.

Repair to aluminium door/window including necessary welding, reveting, easying, drilling including taking down and repair of hanging devices and locks and making in serviceable condition and re fixing in the same opening and making good from existing surfaces all as specefied and directed. (Note:- Floor spring/hydraulic door closer will be paid seprately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only double action floor spring hydranlically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass other part made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed.

Suppluy only door closer, aluminum (Diecast) body, hydraulically regulated, designation 3, universal type suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width.

Taking down chowkhat with shutter without taking off shutter from chowkhat area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkhat with shutter without taking off shutter from chowkhat area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed

Taking down Shutters of any description area exc 1 sqm but n. exc. 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed

S & F 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton door shutter, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for scuring glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a), supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified. Note :- (i) Quoted rates deem to be included cost of wooden beading to fix glass panes/ wire cloth. (ii) Glass panes/ wire cloth shall be measured and paid for separately and supply only under respective item of this schedule.

Supply & Fixed 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides etc including teak wood beading on all edges complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Thickness of beading for hinge sides shall be 25 mm and on other three edges 6mm thick.

Supply only galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or glavanized wire stables, beads or in steel windows complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new wooden surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer etc complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair mild steel chromium plated curtain rod 25 mm dia with fixing with brackets etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for fixing of hold fast etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel 100mm size, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F extruded aluminium alloy handles, anodized 150 mm size ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminum Barrel tower bolt 150mm size ISI marked complete all as specified and directed

S&F 300mm length of bolt aluminium alloy, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed.

Supply & Fixed in repair 300mm mild steel, ordinary rat tail rod double action pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete fixed to steel or wooden door frame including necessary welding cutting opening of wall for fixing brackets complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only sheet glass, 3 mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares nexc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
