Taking down fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store

Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling and taking out burnt copper winding from ceiling fan of sweep 1200mm any make, model, type and rewinding the same with new super enameled copper wire of similar gauge and number of turns as exists for full speed, including cleaning and greasing of bearing/bushes, taping, varnishing, heating and replacement of defective parts and reassembling of fan motor and refixing the fan after testing complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Contractor shall arrange repair/rewinding of ceiling fans work in RMS area with suitable winding machine and connected acessories. Spare parts shall be measured and paid under respective items of Sch 'A'.
