Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvaiume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges etc. fixed all as per manufactures's instructions and fixed with self thread making steel screws of length not less than 50mm as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site with suitable arangement as required complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (squre/rectangular) area of each tile exc0.11sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450x300x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including 10mm thick backing coat on vertical surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite stone machine cut (table rubbed & polished) in one piece as in steps,jambs,pillars,windows cills,cooking platform and similar work bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including making hole in platform and screed bed for bedding 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 ,complete all as specified.

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, including making hole by drilling for gas pipe and other similar situations all as specified and directed

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified.

M & L for 4 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed in repair or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified & directed

Supplied and Fixed 2nd class HW Plain fillets area exc 13 and n.exc. 25sqm rectangular or triangular in section, clean swan, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames without taking down shutters from the frame n.exc. 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames without taking down shutters from the frame exc. 1.5 sq. m but n.exc.4 sqm each complete all as specified.

Taking down shutter of any description, exc 1.0 sqm but n.exc 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified.

Taking down and refixing in same location after making nessary repair and make the shutter fit for use, shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed .

Supplied and Fixed IInd class HW Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints.

S & F 35 mm thick factory made, 2nd class hard wood, plain framed, paneled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides, the size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated etc complete, all as specified .

S&F 30 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass ,gauge etc ( without sash bar) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8 clause 8.24(a), supplied and fitted to chowkats.

Material and labour for 18-19 mm thick pre laminated particle board, interior grade, pre laminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other of block board or veneered particle board for external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails in cup board, kitchen cabinets shutters etc, fixed in repair with and including taking down existing shutters of any size and description complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for hasp and staple 100mm size, safety type aluminum anodized including bolt to hinge plate,catcher fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mm size ( & as per site requirement) continuous (Piano) hinges, mild steel and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm slab supported on walls, beams and column in floors, roof landing, balconies, canopies & deck slab & in shelves complete all as specified and as directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured separately)

Material and labour for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in landing cover slab for kittchen platform manholes , septic tank set in cement mortor ( 1:6) including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured separately)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster,any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on Brick work incl finishing surface fair and even w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for Rendering 5 mm thick in cement plaster 1:3 on ceiling finishing complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing 5.5mm thick tinted sheet glass fixed to aluminum frame work using anodized aluminum bead, rubber beading & packing, in panels exc 0.5 Square metre in each pane, complete all as specified & directed.

9mm thick pre laminated particle board (ISI Marked), interior grade, pre laminated both side with decorative choice lamination as in alu door complete all as specified and directed .

Cutting chases, pining in, making good to facings in brick or stone wall where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3, for concealed water tubing etc and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate laid in panels in plinth protection, even & fair surfaces without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring , foundation , filling and mass concrete including necessary form work and finishing surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cmx 30cm x 25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for curtain rod powder coated ornamntal type dia 25mm taking out existing complete all as specified & directed

M&L for rough excavation in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out complete, all as specified.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonel rubble, uncoursed or brought up to courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for providing Precast boulders of plan cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and set in cement morter 1:6 complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for broken brick/stone or boulders for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:4), using old size bricks, complete all as specified.

M&L for 40mm thick Damp proof course in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork and Polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sq. m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) TypeB0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, rough Flat finished Add for fair surfaces of finished concrete

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement (Internal surfaces), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L preparatin of new wall surface & applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) on wall surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M& L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed eith pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and with Screed bed or beding layer of morter 20mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying floor finishes to receiving the kota stone complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as spd & directed. Note:- The plinth protection shall be laid in pannels and length of the each panel shall not be more than 2.00 mtr all as directed. 6mm joints filled with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) shall be provided. No deduction for joints shall be made while making payment against the above item.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded agg as in surface channel/drains,incl necessary formwork etc all as spd.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats & hooks etc; incl forged weilding, bolts, riveted & fastening and fixing complete,drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc.FE -290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrge.

S&F Wind Tie bars with screwed ends, nuts, washers and mild steel plates for walls, chimneys, roofs, arches, etc. king rods and straining bolts conforming to Fe- 290 Gde-E-165

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates/sheets, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and long heavy pintle hinges or steel hanging door fittings (inclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

S&F Factory made box type steel window with side hung shutters with pintle hinges & 2 Nos 150mm mild steel tower bolts to each shutter, 2 Nos steel handle, 2 Nos steel pegs and with glazing bars, including flat iron 50 x 6 mm for cover gaps and flat iron 12 x 3 mm for securing wire mesh, dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing and fixing Gypsum Board in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions by M/S Lafarge/Boral board Gypsum India Pvt Ltd at all height and levels standard boards of size 1220x1830x12.5mm standard board to be laid on 'LaGap universal channel and with anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of suitable required size and incl Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I.
