Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, LED bulb etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for point wiring (in existing conduits concealed to surface) for one light/ fan/ bell point controlled by one switch with 1.50 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts, using colour coding, drawn in existing conduit of any type and any dia including making good the disturbed surface matching to existing descriptions/ specifications, with and including sunken type pressed steel/ welded mild steel terminal box 1.20mm thick coated with anti corrosive paint and with bakelite laminated sheet top cover 3.0mm thick and including FR-LSH PVC green insulated unsheathed 1.50 Sqmm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed .

One light point/fan point/ exhaust fan point/ bell point controlled by one switch.

Description all as per Serial item No- 2.00 here-in-before but for one 3-pin socket outlet 5-Amps on the independent board.
