Taking up/out CI/DI /GI water mainsof existing sizes including all fittings with spigot and socketed ends or flanged ends including burning out lead joints or dismantling flanged joints including valve, for pipe of sizes 80/100 mm bore. complete all as specified and directed and refixing of disconnecting items as per existing position .(Note - New items will be incorporated for refixing of pipe line and the same rate deemed to be included along with the quoted rate and no extra payment shall be made.)

Supply and fixing Ductile Iron Pipes of size 100 mm dia with Spigot & Socket end, Class K-9 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with Portland Slag Cement and external Metallic Zinc Coating with a finishing layer of Epoxy Resin(Blue Epoxy) coating on external surfaces . The standard lengths of the pipes are 5.5 and 6.00 meter .

Supply and fix Sluice valve, flanged of class 1.6 PN of sizes 100 mm.

Supply and fix cast iron air release valves with single air outlets conformimg to IS 14845 of Sizes 100 mm dia bore and fix up in cast iron water supply main including all fitting.

M & L CI/DI fittings of size upto 150 mm bore for spigot and socketed pipes e.g. Bends (any type, radius and angle). Tapers any type (Straight, end, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc). Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junctions double branches, crosses (all sockets or socket and spigot or all end flanged) collars caps and plugs conforming to Is complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation, earth work, & joints shall be measured and paid separately).

Construction of brick masonry (full brick thick wall ) valve chamber, of 1050x1050x950mm size of internal diomension, PCC work with (1:4:8) type D2 . 150mm thick (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) for foundation complete with 3.00mm thick MS sheet cover and frame of MS angle iron 40x40x5mm with locking arrangement and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified shall be plastering to internal and exposed surfaces of the chamber, in CM(1:4) 15mm thick and PCC coping (1:2:4) type B-1, 50mm thick all as specified.

Boring of holes under road , pavement hard standing by trenchess technology using ultera sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 map working pressure.

Excavation in trenches for taking out, laying of pipes not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as directed. (Note: Surplus spoil shall not be removed but left protrude over the trench).

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
