Taking down cement plastering on brick walls/stone walls/ ceiling etc incl racking out of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposal of rubbish out of the MOD land.

Material and labor for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying 2 coats of weather coat over a coat of approved primer on old plaster surface to walls complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of any type & applying 2 coats of weather coat over a coat of approved primer on old plaster surface to walls camouflage painting complete all as specified and directed

Surface excavation n. exc 30cm deep averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified

M&L hard core of gauge exc 63mm deposited ,spread and leveled in layers n exc15cm thick watered and rolled /rammed to a surfaces in broken stones

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring 100 mm thick.

M& L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes. for cement mortar (1:4).

M&L chequered designer tiles 300x300x 25mm size set and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n,exc 1.5m wide and 1.5m deep for foundation getting out in soft/loose of soil and complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil including, spreading, leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified.

M&L for earthling complete with galvanised steel plate electrode of size 600x600x6.30mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised 4 mm dia earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe 15mm bore (Light grade) for building LT wall panel all as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm diameter MS bar funnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soil with and including taking down the old one complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 including testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The Rate for Taking down the old unserviceable earthling shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (ii) Cost of GI earth wire and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity of 1.5 TR.

S&F Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 90 V to 300 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA .

S&F new copper tubes of suitable size for suction and discharge lines for split type air conditioner including necessary brazing, wrapping up puff insulation, testing on completion all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : one run of suction, one run of discharge pipes shall be measured as one unit length)

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated coper coductor as main wire and 1 run of 2.5sqmm PVC insulated coper conductor as earth wire single core cable in surface type of working voltage 1100 Volts drawn in required size of PVC casing coping non- metallic complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Two run of submain 4sqmm wiring cable, one run 2.5 sqmm and one run of PVC casing coping pipe shall be measured and paid as one unit length).
