Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete 10 cum

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, foursand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including drammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) ,12 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Painting two coats with approved Plastic Emulsion Paint over one coat of Primaring coat of Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.
