The following work are required to be carried out for fixing of magnetic oil gauge in place of defective magnetic oil gauge of conservator tank of 100 transformer (Mistsubishi) installed at 220 KV Substation Charla.
Drain out of trasformer oil from conservator tank into empty transformer oil drum.
Dismantling defective magnetic oil gauge of the transformer.
Fixing of new magnetic oil gauge in place of defective magnetic oil gauge of required size.
Top up of the transformer oil from transformer with the help of pump.
Arresting of trasformer oil leakage from different part as radiator bank, R-phase HV Bushing and tertiary bushing of 100 MVA T/F-III (Mistsubishi make) by application of Hypoxy oil leakage solution consisting of Hypoxy steel titanium bon specially USA make after that apply two coat cleaner etc. after cleaning surface by electric grinder of T/F all material arranged by contractor at own cost to complete the job.
Providing & Fixing of Glow sign board for single line diagram of size 10 Ft x 7 Ft. to be fixed at the entrance of control room as per sample.
Providing and fixing of glow sign board for display of name of substation of size 8 Ft x 4 Ft to be fixed at the roof top outside the control room, as per sample and technical specification.
